The Non-Jazz NBA Thread in the Jazz Section

Yeah.. cos that’s what makes it fun.
You know what would be even more fun? He should just run out there and tackle someone. That would be awesome to see them just tackle people right off the bench! Hell yeah!

The idea that everyone can become skilled at the NBA is so silly. Rudy was an extremely hard worker and got better on both ends.
Agreed. And people become skilled in different ways too. Tim Duncan, Dirk, and Joker were all ridiculously skilled big men. Probably the most skilled bigs I’ve seen in my life (I know Bird, Kareem, and Walton were incredibly skilled too but they were before my time). Yet, they’re all different despite being extremely hard workers. I seem to remember Rudy being raw offensively with poor hands. Yet, he developed very good hands and is probably the best screener I’ve ever seen.

I’ll never forget the difference Rudy made against the prime clippers team in the playoffs. It was the time he went down to injury in the opening seconds of game 1. When he came back in game 3 or 4 even at 50 percent, he made a night and day difference against some of the best bigs in the game at the time.

Rudy might be the most underrated player I’ve ever seen. Yeah, it would’ve been nice if he had developed a dream like post game just like it would’ve been incredible to have seen shaq develop a consistent 3 pt shot.

Knicks getting smoked. They look like they are out of gas (which would make sense)

Looks like Denver got Minny figured out. Too bad.
