Before that was a 5 game streak in April 2013.
 
In the Jazz's last 5 wins, they've held teams to 79.2 ppg avg.

It's reminiscent of the 2004 Pistons that won the chip.

After tonight's win the Jazz are 8 1/2 games out.
 
Someone mentioned we have the easiest remaining schedule. We can pull a Colorado Rockies and magically sneak into the playoffs. And my dream scenario is we knock OKC out of the 8th seed.
 
Had a meeting to go to. Sitting down now to watch the 4th quarter. No one tell me if we won or lost, please.


Just kidding....I cheated and looked at the score before leaving.
 
I think I am going to have to amend my statement that Hood is a shooter who can shoot as long as he has a few more nights like this one! Loved Hood's game tonight!
 
We just broke them... It got too hard and they gave in and we made a run... Bleeping awesome. Rudy is unbelievable... Favs has gotten so much better. Hood is hitting shots. Hayward fought through a rough first half to end up having a good game.

This is all very exciting.
 
I'll be flamed for this but Gobert reminds me of a very young Dream. Dominant defensively, quick offensively, and just all around nasty. MJ was lucky to retire for those 2 years because Dream would have stopped His Airness twice.

His Airness, are you referring to his farts or something? You can say farts Thriller, it's not a sin.

Dream has a refined offensive game. Maybe not so much as long as Sampson was healthy. But in those mid 90s he was the most dominant center I've ever personally seen.

Gobert has the agility and feel for the game that I haven't seen in a long time. those moves he was putting on gasol are things that you just don't see out of vet centers.

If I'm Snyder this offseason I'm feeding Gobert Dream film. If he adds a jumper and Dream Shake he'll be the best center in the league.

If I'm Snyder this offseason, I'm feeding Gobert Dream film and then sending him and Favors to work on their game with Olajuwon 1-on-1. He's be a wealth of knowledge for those young guys.
 
There are a ton of positives from this game:
+win against yet another contender
+Gordon seemed out of sorts again, until he lit it up in the third and completely turned around his game. Great response from him!
+Favors was an animal and had several great plays down the stretch
+Rudy Gobert! 'nuff said!
+Dante Exum held Mike Conley to 11/4. Yet another great defensive performance from him. He even had a couple of blocks and a steal. Also was more aggressive in offense than we are used to seeing and he had a career high 7 assists. Oh and BTW... he was +27 for the game.
+Rodney Hood! Damn that shot is beautiful. Great to see him take responsibility down the stretch and hitting some big shots.
+Evans - really nice to see the effort from him in limited minutes. He's probably indeed the ideal end-of-bench player.

On the minus side:
-Coach Snyder has weak hands. Almost as weak as Rudy's! Need to work on that!
