What's new

Guys

If the perpetual rebuild generates a 12/3 record every 15 games (like the streak we are on now) along with very solid wins against some of the strongest teams in the league, then I'm happy with that.

the current streak has not generated a 12/3 record every 15 games. lmao.

Heh. U shood reed gooder brah.

dont care bout technical lil posts bro. the point is, the perp rebuild will not result in 12-3 records every 15 games. is that what you guys are expecting? lets make some bets.

the 12-3 record right now sucks, because it gives people hope and gets em to buy-in to the perp rebuild. just enough hope to keep people from realizing the truth. its like gettin whipped on the daily, and then being allowed to have a slice o pie on thanksgiving. thanks masta, but id rather not have these scars instead of the cherry tart. break the chains bro.

So what do you suggest? Sign Devin Harris?

If something did actually result in a winning percentage of .800 it would not be called a perpetual rebuild. It would be called being a very good team. Face it, Mavs are on the decline and the Jazz are rising once again.

i agree.
but are you saying this this team will have a winning percentage of .800 next season? lets make some bets.
put yo money where yo perprebuild-denier mouth is.

spend to keep good players and spend to bring in good players. i dont think it's too much to ask.

It's a good thing we didnt spend to keep hayward and favors. Apparently those guys left the team in free agency. Might as well trade Gobert away too. I bet when dennis Lindsay said he was planning on being movers in the free agent market this summer, what he really meant was that he is going to trade away all talent on his current roster. Clearly.

not sure why yall hatin on the messenger. im just layin out the truth as it is, not fallin in love with some non exisistent future and promises of hope. dont hate the playa hate the game.

Gobert, hayward and favors have a non existent future? You need to change the insider on your name to idiotsider

why does it always have to be taken to extremes? just because they spend SOME doesn't mean they spend ENOUGH.
just because they do SOME things to win, doesn't mean they do ENOUGH to win. the proof is in the lottery pudding.
"why are you so greedy, boy? we put clothes on yo back and fed you slop. now go pick dem fields."
guess we learned nothin from history.

I bet the Jazz have an +.800 winning percentage before you make a good post. You are the one stuck in a perpetual rebuild. It seems unlikely you will even come close to the level you were at in your previous stint. Frankly, I'm disappointed.

with the Jazz? i'm not 100% convinced they have a long-term, championship future here.
so many here that have shown promise like they currently have, have been shipped off in some form or another.
what makes u so confident they wont be just like them? oh right, the 15 games or so. LOL.

...so ur sayin .800 winning percentage aint happenin anytime soon, and the perp rebuild will continue then? thought so bro.

guess its not popular to speak what u feel is the truth round here.
just go along with the status quo and baa like sheep. u may now resume the circle jerk.
i dont see how u have blind faith in something like this, but ignorance is bliss i suppose.

I would bet a lot that is the plan already. Although I guess they could trade away Gobert for a trade exception, Hayward and Favors for picks and cash and some D-league players, and send Hood down to the D-league for the rest off this season and all off next. Yeah. That's plausible.

You used to be a good troll when you got your "new" account, HH. But I think you were a better troll as HH. At least as HH you had some sort of bizarre fan club.

The thing is, it's been more than 15 games.

The Jazz have gone 23-17 over their last 40 games. 5th in defensive rating in the entire NBA during that stretch. That's a 46-48 win pace for the youngest team in the NBA with 4 rookies in their 9 man rotation. It's pretty significant.

I guess it also isn't popular to be excited about and enjoy the current streak and have fun watching the emergence of some good players, and use some hyperbole to celebrate some success after a few years off crap. Guess we have to be debbie downers on the time, right Deb?

Ok, done feeding the troll for today.

nah i think bein excited about the future is THE best thing about bein an NBA fan bro, ur tryin to shove me in predetermined boxes.
i think gobert has potential to be the best big man in the nba. bar none. i think hayward could become the most versatile SF out side of lebron. im a neto fan since before you were an inkling in your daddie's sack. dont get it twisted bruh.

im just givin a lil reminder to keep perspective.
its short momements like this that contribute to becoming accepting of longer eras. dont let moments define eras.
i love the players. its mgmt that i think deserves a hotter seat.
that is all.

i dont disagree that the potential is there bro. not sure why people dont get this.
potential has been here for YEARS.
but in order to take the next step, mgmt has to put up or shuddup. and theyve shuddup more often than put up IMO.
