Cousins will have, at some point in his career, a "Malice at the Palace" episode.

Quin was bit peeved with Rudy at halftime when he nearly fouled McCallum on his half court heave.

Observations from the game:

Cousins is really talented, had some amazing passes in the 1st quarter. Also, he is a giant douche. Has the stinkface on 100% of the time. He acts like a five-year-old.

Exum is good at defense. Dude needs to shoot the goddamn ball when the shot clock runs down doe.

Hood knows how to get his.

Evans had a strong 2nd half.

The Kings suck something fierce

Hear any interesting stuff from the bench?

Is Quin as abrasive to the players as people have claimed he is?

Nah, but he might have been mellower this evening than some other nights. Even when he was peeved at Rudy for nearly fouling McCallum at the half, the conversation quickly turned into smiles. He seems to have a great relationship with everybody. The players are constantly looking at him for instruction during every stoppage of play.

One exchange I really liked was when McLemore hit a fairly contested jumper against Millsap, which clearly bugged Millsap (McLemore must have been chirping). Then Elijah tried to do a bit too much on the other end, and nearly turned it over. There was a stoppage in play and Quin calmly talked down Elijah and then drew up an excellent play out of the timeout to get Millsap a bucket and appease his competitive spirit. That was cool.

I don't like him, but Cousins is a monster. Hood!! Go Jazz
He a Monster for his own team to handle as well though. I can't see a team with a guy with his attitude on it ever being successful. He brings a bad attitude to the game and it infects his entire team and the opponent.

The Kings play basketball like a bunch of retards.

I'm 100% sure Stauskas not having a good rookie year is because of the way they play. There are ton of times that he is wide open and they just ignore him. They have no idea how to play as a team. Or what it means for a team to get everyone involved and make the right play.

If the Kings were smart, they would trade him. They could probably get some nice assets.

Trade him to the Lakers for Randle, Clarkson, and picks.

Burke was limping around a little bit in warmups. He just came out and dribbled a little bit and did about twenty floaters. Burks was going at Antonio Lang in warmups. He was funny to watch. He was driving right, spinning towards the middle, and then shooting a left handed four foot floater. He missed his first six or so in a row and airballed one of them. Lang was giving him ****. Burks smiles all the time. He is a cool dude.

Gordon and the Aussies have a nice rapport. Gobert and Quin are cute together. Booker and Favors are quiet dudes and all business.

Everyone was really happy for Evans when he had his nice sequence of plays.

I'm kind of surprised reading through the game thread about everyone's thoughts on Cotton. He seemed okay, I guess.
