Following potential 2015 draftees

Swagger is good as long as you back it up and work hard. Rudy is a totally different animal... he has a fiery confidence. Dion Waiters also has confidence and swagger, and that ain't working out too well.

I do like Mario doe. He gets a lot of those breakaways by gambling in passing lanes. That is something he'd be able to do with the Gobavors Front behind him... I just wonder how many times his gambling hurts his team. Would love to watch a full game of his. Think I may stream one. You'd think with all the garbage on NBA TV and ESPN 7 that Euroleague basketball would have a place... I'd watch.

NBA TV used to have at least one Euroleague game on the the weekends. Not sure if they are still doing it. Games like Madrid vs Barcelona are definitely high level.

This guy is just gonna sit here and prove my point. get off your knees already, no more sick skateboarding references ?!? consider yourself roasted

the type to talk foul **** about someone then try and play it cool like it didnt happen, like a girl

Im here for a debate, youre not properly equipped to debate me though, so you deflect, hide, wait til im not around to throw shade at me, I guess thats how inbred southern folks do things.

Face it Cy, you're on a site thats gotta be ~95% dudes and your M.O. is still trying to evoke backlash like some masochistic bitch... constant attempts to get under others skin, twisting their words while leveraging your poorly thought out and farsighted positions, Thats feminine conduct to a T...

Denial - yet another feminine trait.

Why so sexist?

What's going on?
Am I I a sheep in the ocean with a shark-wolf?

PG_AB has come in here and shared what he had been thinking about the draft, some good analysis and thoughts and lots of people enjoyed what he had to say. Go back and look at his original post and look at how many 'Likes' he got for it.

Then you came along and started to get personal, so of course he has to respond. You neg me for liking his post and by your own words 'nearly' neg Dal too.

So as I see it, it was you who instigated this spat. You've always picked on people for no good reason, always have been. We're all here in this thread to talk about potential draftees and that's what PG_AB is doing. If you want to talk **** then go do it somewhere else.

I know this will sound like heresy, but if we traded Exum for Hezonja and drafted Kris Dunn we'd be a stacked team. I like Exum, but Dunn is further along and looks like he'll be a special player. I like Dunn as a PG more than Marcus Smart, like quite a bit more.

I made a post about Dunn almost a week ago. I think he'll be the steal of the draft and the best PG in the draft (I don't consider Russell a PG).

Why are people giving up on Exum? He will be better... we are currently winning with him and Trey Burke/Bryce Cotton at point. We need to bring in a vet and let Exum develop. Exum is already good defensively with his raw tools... imagine when he actually understands what is going on. Everyone just needs to breathe a bit. Dunn isn't anything special imo.

Dunn turns it over too much and doesn't play tough enough for my liking. Jerian Grant would turn out better in Utah.

I would bet large sums of money that we will not draft a point guard.

You're saying this due to our projected slot in the draft, right?

Because of we did win the lottery, Russell would make a lot of sense.

Yes. Russ is different altogether... he can play both positions but will be best as a PG. I also think he's special. I'd take a point guard if there was someone who was going to be great slipped... example Rondo, Bledsoe, any others I missed. I don't think Dunn, Grant, or Payne are going to be those types of players.

My post was more about going after Hezonja than giving up on Exum. I do think Dunn will be good--e.g., Bledsoe.

At this particular moment, it seems the Jazz think Gobert is going to be a star with Hayward and Favors as solid pieces around him. It's amazing to think this was the first year Gobert got solid playing time. So it's all about figuring out the backcourt. I'm pretty sure Burke is not a priority. Cotton is probably a third PG. PG might be considered a need.

I could see the Jazz simply drafting a guy like Turner or Looney to replace Kanter. It's hard to get quality bigs later in the draft going forward.

Turner would be a perfect fit of BPA and need if his long term durability is not an issue. But it is. DL is pretty cautious and every time he talks about decision making for the Jazz he'll emphasise 'long term view' and how each decision has a 'significant impact' for the small market Jazz.

On that basis I would be really surprised if we take a punt on Turner.

Oh... sorry. I'd rather have Exum.
