Because they're still playing the game at a relatively slower, half court pace. Small ball can work fine for them in stretches, but they still need to take GS out of their comfort zone.
 
Stupid foul by green, I mean getting hooked and drug to the ground is one thing, but he's gotta know he can't land on dellies head.



Why isn't deladova in the training room getting checked out for a concussion?
 
Shumpert should have reset the offense. That's exactly what I'm talking about. Small ball makes it very tempting to play at a fast pace, but the Cavs can't fall to that lure. It resulted in GS getting a fast break.
 
Lebron is Shaquille with nimble feet and a dribble. Plow into the opponent and wait for a whistle. Ugly to watch.
 
Now Smith takes a shot too quick in the shot clock and it (again) results in GS being able to push the ball and Cleveland not being able to set up their defense.

Slow it down.
 
LeBron with the 8 second violation followed up by getting dunked on. Not his strongest first half close.
 
Lebron with 20 points and J.R. Puke hit 4 three pointers and they're still down by 1! Won't keep it up in the 2nd half. Oh, that should have been a flagrant on thompson!
