Official Thread: 2015 Draft JazzFanz Homer List

Myles Turner - Good player. Great person. I went with unlimited athleticism last year, and it got me a Slam Dunk Competition winner (which was pretty badass actually). I've been really high on both Hezonja and Johnson for awhile now, but Turner has impressed me the most down the stretch.

Been waiting for your pick for a while now, welcome aboard the Turner Train :)

I like a lot of guys in this draft, and at the start of it Myles Turner was off my board because of health concerns. Between his offseason work at correction movement issues, medical clearance from future issues, his production, his work ethic and his character. . . he's the guy I'd like to see end up a Jazz.

I'll take Kaminsky because of the guys I saw in the tournament, which is all the college ball I saw this year, and that was only the big games near the end, he seemed like the best fit for what the Jazz need in a big. A stretch 4 who can pass and has a lot of intangible all-around skills, kind of like a big Hayward. Not great at anything but good at a lot of things.

Thanks bro. Done.

Guys so anyone wanna change the nicknames let me know. Go crazy let's have fun with this one!!!!! Why not???? Live a little :)

Myles "High" Turner - sounds like a great fit for the "Wasatch Front". . .

Stanley "Great Big Book of Everything" Johnson - effing know it all. . .

How about nicknaming Bobby Portis 'The Little Ticket' since he likes to hone his skills after KG aka The Big Ticket. lol Bobby shoots the ball, just like KG too.

Debating between Towns, Mario, and Looney.

The fact that no one has picked Towns makes me think I'm more of a Towns homer than I realized (relative to everyone else).

Im still on the Frank Kaminsky band wagon at the #12 pick if he lasts till there....of course if the Jazz move up the pick changes

If the 76ers take Porzingis ,id want the Jazz to make a run at Dario Saric

The Jazz need a PF who can spot up (Kaminsky) or get the rebound and lead the break (Saric)

76er's like draft picks ,give the #12 and next years for Saric ....thge Jazz roster would be complete with Saric or Kaminsky

Nobody is picking him because it's too easy to just pick the one sure thing in this draft. I would take him over every single player in this draft, including guys like Russel or Mario. He'll be playing in Minni next year, and that team's future is gonna be sick. Utah vs Minni in the WCF within 3 years.

Yeah, I understand the reasoning; picking him means he basically has to win MVP and have a hall of fame worthy career in order for him to be a good "homer" pick since he'll be taken #1.
