Following potential 2015 draftees

Give the Jazz 16 and 28 for 12, take Jerian Grant at 16 and let DL work his magic for the next Hood/Rudy at 28.

Jazz dont have a desire to add that many draft picks. I guarantee we don't add more than 1 rookie to our roster next season. 2nd round picks will be Europeans, traded, or cut before the season starts.

Such a trade only adds one player - if they could get another Gobert or even Hood, it would improve the team. Jazz are only trying to improve the team.

Start naming all the guys at 6'6" 245 lbs or heavier who have been successful in the NBA.

Can you name the ones that failed (don't name fatties, Johnson is a strong and in shape 245).

I nearly guarantee all the GM's see his physical mass and strength as a positive.

Hood wouldn't have achieved his late season success without minutes. How are we going to get our 2nd first round picks the minutes necessary to be a high level contributor to a winning team on very limited minutes?

Are you saying if you could add a player of Hood's caliber with the 28th pick in the draft, you would turn that down? Perhaps you would, but I don't think the Jazz would.

Yep, if you can get Cousins you offer 2+Randle + anything else they want on your team.

Yep, If I am Sac, I demand #2, Randle, Clarkson, and a 2017 unprotected first. Then when they agree, laugh at them then hang up the phone and deal with someone else, because Screw the Lakers.

There isn't a player of Hood's caliber at the 28th pick in this draft, so your point is irrelevant.

Also, if you don't have the resources to develop a player and you need a contributor to help you win, I think the better option in this case would be free agency. It's not just a pure race to add all the young rookie talent out there. You have to balance out your roster.

He was 6'6.5" in shoes (Stanley is 6'5") - and had a standing reach more than 3 full inches better than Stanley.

So you want me to find a player who has the exact same measurements of Johnson?

Do you understand how ****ing dumb of an exercise this is and how dumb your point is?

You could have very easily said the same thing about the 2013 draft. But perhaps you would rather "balance out the roster" via free agency than add player like the one the Jazz got in the late first round in 2013. Again, you might choose that, I doubt the Jazz would.

The only negative that extra weight would entail is not being able to guard on the perimeter and move laterally. The thing we know Johnson is actually good at is defense. His weight is not a negative at all. You are living on an island of delusion.

Assuming there are any left. It's so laughable how badly that org has run its self into the ground

They are still here... I live in Sacramento... I've gotten like 20 text messages this morning with people trying to figure out what is going on.

The DMC stuff makes sense to me... I always thought he would be successful on his second team. He had too much stuff to work through and not enough support.

Its sad really.
