In Spy's defense he never knew we started the current draft let alone starting making picks. I know his job can get pretty busy at times, he probably won't get off for another 2-3 hours. I texted him telling him the recent picks and told him to text me his pick when he gets a chance. Patience is a virtue, plus I like this convo anyways.

Or just go by the time clock that you set up, or ask him for a list of players that he wants.
Don't decide to change the rules you set up because you don't like them, or maybe don't include people if they don't even know its going on. Pretty simple.
