2015 Annual JazzFanz Current Players Draft

18 mins later and this is the best you can come up with? You play HS ball or nah?
Nah, I skateboarded and did too many drugs in HS. I quit playing organized basketball after my 8th grade year on the middle school team. Didn't start playing again till I was 19 because my friends needed another player for intramurals.

Still confident I could beat you though.

I wasn't being a dick. I gave you honest criticism about your team's spacing problem due to lack of good 3-pt shooters. You responded that I'm talking out of my ***, and then added something about people picking big names blah blah. First, that's the OPPOSITE of how I build my teams, which is fully based on synergy and fit. Second, my criticism was OPPOSITE of what you suggested. If what you're saying was true, I would have went "man, you got Griffin and Howard? Wow. They're superstars!". But whatever. It's your team, and you can build it however you want. I don't want to get into a pissing contest ala WC vs Cy.

You should.

Thanks to WC and CY this thread is finally worth reading :)

Well at least you stopped doing drugs (I hope). That's a good step. Never got into that. Never could skateboard either, that's cool were you good?

Derrick Favors/ Mason Plumlee
Anthony Davis/ Terrence Jones
Chandler Parsons/ Shabazz Muhammad
Kevin Martin/ Mario Hezonja
Kyrie Irving/ Zach Lavine

Yeah I was pretty perplexed too. He's way, way better off trading some front-court depth for some shooting.

I texted Spy and after he picks, I will pick for Framer because he sent me his list of players.

Also funny talking about Tony Parker being a >40% 3point shooter.

He made 0.6 threes a game. Not a typo. Is there a starting guard in the league who makes less threes per game? I honestly don't think there is. Even Dante hits more threes.

That is an entire 0.2 more than Trevor Booker. Stew on that for a moment.

Andrew Wiggins shooting 31% from three isn't scary at all either.

Not a fan of Favs at the 5, and to say that Kevin Martin is a pylon on D would be disrespectful to the pylon.

Tony Allen only made 0.2 a game last year. 0.1 per game for his career. I'd consider him a sg more than a sf too.

I actually meant starting PG, in hindsight. But good point-- Gerald Henderson was pretty brutal too back when he started.

Ramon Sessions is another PG that can't hit threes-- but he doesn't really start. That's Tony's company, lol.
