Neto has the same disease Exum has... suffers from perpetual fear of getting his shot blocked by existing and non-existing defenders. Changes his shots way too much in order to try to avoid potential blocks.

The difference is Neto plays that way because he has too. Exum just hasn't realized he has the physical tools to on top of those guys.
