What's new

GT: Jazz v Pacers, Sat. 12/5/15 @7:00pm

Kudos to Booker, had the flu and still showed great energy with a double double, and a block that would have stopped a freight train in that corner 3 attempt.

He hasn't been bricking many this year, we kind of dodged a bullet he was cold as ice.

The Jazz are one of the better teams at running off the 3pt line. I think we allow the least 3 pointers attempted in the league, or close to it. Today the Pacers just shot contested 3's and we weren't disciplined enough not to foul and the refs were calling it tight.

The Jazz need to seriously start figuring out a way to make Favors the focal point of our offense. Favors is so good in the post, teams will have to double him...freeing up others for open shots.

Yeah, Favors getting the ball while moving to the basket has always been a high percentage play - it's virtually unstoppable this year.

Favors pick and roll, half roll and now pick and pop is great. Post up and he has a variety of moves. And he passes better than most big men in the league. Turning into a star before our eyes.

Yeah, but with Rudy on the floor it's hard to get those looks. Burke did a great job running the PNR with Favors tonight, showing what made him a good PG in college.

I have just never seen Favs that determined before. He carried us on his back. And was not going to be denied. And the free throws were clutch. I'm impressed with him every year. But this year more so.

I just hate the George flop on the Favors rebound. Can they not review that and call it a technical? That led directly to a 3 pointer for the Pacers and was just an overall BS call.
I've always liked George and felt he was one of the top 5 players in the league...watching that flop lowered my respect for him a few notches.

Won my hayward three point bet, my favors over 26 points and rebounds bet, and the jazz +2 bet.

Lost on Paul George

I instantly thought about the flop by Baron Davis on Okur during the playoffs off a made basket.

Burks is all over his man as soon as they pick up the dribble. He is making passing difficult for them.
Consider me shocked.
Burks don't play defense
