Gordon and Kwahi are both max players... There are varying degrees of max players.

A couple things:

You consistently overreact. It's quite ridiculous.

Gobert has struggled for TWO games. He is tired, probably needs to play a little less for 5 games or so.

Hayward is a Max player. Kawhi is a top 5 player. They are not the same thing. Would you rather the Jazz not have Hayward at all? I certainly love having him on this team, as we don't even sniff the playoffs without him this year.

Which one of those guys earned their job? I think part of the reason Neto was decent tonight was he realizes he needs to play harder to earn his minutes... They will no longer be given. Mack had a bad night but it wasn't horrendous.
 
Our defense doesn't work w/Burke. The Burke Mack pairing to start the 4th was a mistake. Playing Burke was a mistake. We never recovered. A close fun to watch game just became meh. Classic old school ball up until the middle of the 3rd though. Great show up to that point.
 
Why we kept setting up Chris Johnson in the corner baffles me. Warming up he was shooting threes next to Burke. Didn't see him hit a single one.
 
Playing the Spurs always makes us feel bad about ourselves.
What a dynasty, and powerhouse they built.

I'm jealous.

Difference in the organizations...in 2010 Spurs had no top 15 pick, yet they have Kawhi. Jazz had two top 10 picks, and neither one played for the Jazz tonight

Actually the jazz had two top 12 picks not top 10.
But your point still stands
 
I just saw the Houston - Portland score from last night and did a double-take as POR was crushing them, but ended up losing by 14.

It's going to be an interesting race to see who can jockey for the playoffs in the bottom half of the west.
