Bogut 10 seasons, Iguodala 10 seasons .. need i go on ?? He makes a good point

No he doesn't.

Never in 100 years will anyone on our team play as well as anyone on the Warriors.

It's called talent. They have it. We don't. Dennis Lindsey likes our team

ok who was that guy who said we match up well against the GSW in the playoff?!

I didn't say we match up well against Golden State, but I did say we match up better against them than we do against the Spurs.

Spurs average margin of victory against us this season is 26.7. Warriors average margin of victory against us, including this game, is 14.

I hope no one thinks Lyles can be as good as Green defensively. However dont forget that Green was a 4 year college player that averaged 2 points in his rookie NBA season and 6 points in his second. Lyles is doing better at most things than Green did when Green was 4 years older as a rookie. Lyles has 8 years until he is the same age Green is right now.

Completely different athleticism and body types.

Lyles is more comparable to Boris Diaw imo

The problem is, every team suffers injuries. So I don't want to hear that excuse. The difference is, many NBA teams have NBA talent. We have about 5-6 NBA players, a bunch of d league guys, and 3 point guards who shouldn't even be in the league.

Unless we have a guy like LeBron who could sort of compensate for this? Not a good recipe for success.

Huh?

We'd be blown out in 4 games by either team in the playoffs.

Sure, I wouldnt compare them for more reasons than that. Mostly that Green is a defensive first player and Lyles is not.

But point still stands no one thought Green would be this good after 4 years of college and 1 year in the NBA. Hard to judge a player as young as Lyles, but he has shown a lot of potential to be a good offensive player.

Lyles is already elite in celebratory moves. And an epic head rest move on Booker's shoulder. Trevor NEVER saw that coming!

Seriously, you make a good point. I was probably the loudest voice against drafting Lyles, But you are right in that he is extremely young. Lindsey is staking a lot on the development of Lyles and Exum. And likely whoever he drafts this year. That's the future "core" of the team. It's very evident he doesn't care about building a winner to convince Gordon to stay.

Is it just my eyes or is Rudy becoming a rebound hog? couple of plays I noticed Rudy did a fine job of making sure Favs didn't get the board. I think his game is going south partially due to him chasing stats a little too much

Agree 100%. Lindsey had the cash to build a bench, He didn't. Other teams survive injuries; Dennis counts on them to get another lottery pick (since he wasted a couple of decent picks trading up for Burke).

"Curry is 4 for 11 on shots from 40-plus feet (36.4 percent) this season and 13 of 27 (48.1) from 30 feet and beyond"

DAMN! You could handicap him and he'd still run circles around the rest of the league. You have to say he's having the best season EVER for a shooter. And on the heels of an MVP year. Obviously he needs a few more years at an elite level, but we're seeing a player who may very well end up in the top-20 of all time.
