Utah Jazz VS Portland Blazers -- Tue. Oct. 25th @8pm MDT

Hill lost his offense in the 2nd half - we couldn't really afford that. Diaw was awful too, but I'm pretty damn sure this type of game is going to be rare for him.

lillard is amazing. we just can't stop him. it's rather depressing actually.

God damn that one hurts. We just couldn't stop Lillard at all. Our PF position produced absolute **** tonight. Lyles let Noah Vonleh outplay him and became gun shy. Dude has to launch 3's when he gets the ball.

Joe johnson played amazing tonight. Diaw is a backup. You can't win with him as a starter. Hill looked as good as I hoped he would.
Give the Jazz Favors or Hayward tonight and the Jazz take this one.

The Jazz needed Lyles tonight, but after the last time he was afraid of the three point line and traveled because of it, Quin couldn't afford to have him out there. absolutely pathetic. too skilled to be such a *****.

he was incredibly tentative

as opposed to Shelvin Mack who was ..

Diaw wasn't good tonight but he'll have good games. He had plenty in the preseason. People flip flop like crazy. First diaw is awesome and JJ sucks. One game later diaw sucks and JJ is mvp.

Whenever we had the "starters" in the game it looked pretty good. Bench got blasted. Overall I feel pretty good about it. Gobert, Hill, Johnson, and Hood all looked very solid. Add Hayward/Favors into that group and we'll be good to go.

Loved our starting line up (except Diaw). Bench sucked. Diaw sucked. Johnson hood and hill fantastic. Wish we could have seen what Hayward and favors would have done to the outcome. Exum had a nice second half.

don't know, but it was Lyles fault he was in the game.

U mean when he came in with 20+ seconds to go??? With about two mins to go, I'm thinking we needed to put Johnson at pf and put Exum at sg, Hood at sf. Was fun to see JJ turn back the clock, wow!! When Favors Hayward and Burks get back... Wow!! NBA is on notice.

As good as Lillard was, I felt that Crabbe and Vonleh were the ones that made the biggest difference. I mean the bench points were 38-16. That's not ideal.

Two reasons -

1)who are you going to put him in for - Hill or Hood?

2)for some reason Quin loves Mack

I would have taken 8 minutes from Hill and given it to Exum. Exum played well in the second half in limited minutes. Hill looked worn out and really forcing things in the 4th. I also would have given Exum 5+ of Macks minutes. Exums defense is much better than Macks and I dont think the offense would have been a drop off. I am worried about Exum getting minutes when Hayward and Burk are back. Maybe Jazz want to show case Mack a little?
