2016 NBA Season Notes/Info

Griz keep getting wins despite poor play and missing Conley but I think it will end. They almost lost to a very short handed 76ers team and had to make a comeback in the last minute of the game. 76ers were missing: Embiid, Covington, Okafor, Bayless, Noel and Simmons.

Who he play for?

The Nets took him in the 1st rd. the 2nd rd pick the Jazz sold to Brooklyn, Isaiah Whitehead is starting at PG in place of the injured Jeremy Lin and having his best game of the season 14pts 2reb-2ast-1blk-4tl in 29minutes, playing with another combo-y guard Sean Kilpatrick.

Trevor Booker really set the tone in the 1st q of this win, he had like 10pts.

They needed 3 straight career games from Troy Daniels to win those games too.

I miss Booker. He was great. He struggled for some odd reason the second year with his shots at point blank range but still brought so much to the table and really energized this team.

Sometimes I think these young guys are their worst enemies... playing too well in college and getting drafted by the likes of the Sixers, Orlando, Milwaukee, Minnesota.. etc...

If they're smart they'll show their talent, but play just bad enough to get drafted by the like of NY, Lakers, Chicago, etc.

You get more $$$ the higher you are drafted.

Go to a bigger market.

Or if you go to a small market, make sure your team is good enough that you can turn it into a winning team.
Disagree. Just be good at basketball. If your team sucks and you don't like them, sign a QO and be a UFA in your 6th year.

If players took your advice no one would have come to Utah and have patience for team development. All these teams we complain about are teams that skipped steps (or just complete tards like Sactown. That is the only place I would tell my agent to make sure they don't draft me) in team development probably because of pressure to be relevant as fast as possible.

Or be a little less good in college, get drafted by NY, suddenly play at your optimum again, surprise the LEAGUE, and make $$$ from endorsements from day 1.

Not 6 years later.

Sounds like a failing life strategy.

You could do the Kobe and get your agent to force you to a team, but playing bad on purpose as a strategy to go to a specific team is dumb.
