Following potential 2017 draftees...

I've made several posts in this thread about Shamet and McDuffie.. They're legit. They got the worst draw in the tournament as a 10 seed right next to UK
 
Shamet is a recently converted PG and it showed on their last 2 offensive possessions where no one really stepped up and UK swarmed.


Gotta love a close win where the last 2 defensive possessions end in blocks.
 
A lot of legit draft prospects are about to take the floor in this Kansas vs Michigan State game.

Shamet's like a rich mans John Jenkins 1st rd pick in 2012, dead-eye shooter, but with much better CG/PG skills.

Already like him better than Landry Fields...who I've seen is now a scout.

TBH I like the pair of him and MacDuffie better than Van Vleet and Ron Baker..

He had a few very nice plays particularly a block and a soaring drive to the hoop with a mid-air adjustment. They needed him to play out of position due to the size disparity at times.

He also led the team in assists with 3. Shot wasn't falling but he was a contributor.

Where is LaGerald Vick? He hit a three but after that he's been sucking bad. Missed an easy layup, late on help and fouled, almost threw the ball away with a full-court pass and just missed an easy free-throw line jumper. This guy is a first round player?

identify the poster who mentioned shamet before me. you can't. because it didn't happen.

how can I be late to the party if I was first on the board?

It's not a matter of i told you so's either. It's a matter of merit and being worthy of mention.
