Anyone know how this works? I've never ever attended any playoff game.

I want to buy tickets to a home game between April 22 and 26.

It looks like they are only selling tickets for games "1 and 2".

What's tough is I dont know if we'll have homecourt-- if we do, I can only buy a game 5. If we lose home-court, I'll be able to attend a game 4 (meaning I should get that "2" ticket).

Shucks. Hard to gauge. I wonder if there's some sort of insurance or guarantee.

They mean the first or second home game, and yeah, they are not selling based on date. The Jazz are only guaranteed to have two home games so far, so that's all they can sell.

so i'd just put them up on stubhub or something or would I have to resell them independently?

I'll only be buying one ticket so hopefully that doesn't make it harder to sell.

In Utah KSL.com classifieds is king. You will almost certainly have an electronic ticket, so you can create a flashseats account and once you have a buyer on KSL you can transfer the ticket to them via flashseats.

You can also list tickets for sale directly on Flash Seats. To be honest, I think that would be the safer route to go, if you end up having to sell.

If you list directly on flashseats they dictate the price and take a cut. Not as much a problem for the playoffs as the tickets will go for above face value, but if you go KSL and then just use flashseats for ticket transfer no fee, not cut taken.

Alright I'ma try and grip one of these tickets.

Wish me luck, hooligans.

The poor person seats are terrible, so I'm going to wait to see how much people sell them for on Flash Seats

Again, keep in mind if you buy from flashseats there is a fee and a cut taken by the website that is added to the price of the ticket. Most season ticket holders will sell on KSL and then transfer via flashseats.

THE SAME TICKETS WILL COST LESS ON KSL VS FLASHSEATS

and you will get the exact same peace of mind because the tickets will be transferred via flashseats.

I got jipped. My transaction would not work when I would choose the Flash Seats option, so i went with the paper ticket one instead.

Zoiks.

I am in hindsight realizing that this was a very dumb idea.

I will call them and ask to switch it up.
