STAYWARD

Long time lurker, very rare poster.

Ummm, wasn't he supposed to give his decision on Wednesday the whole time? I sorta thought that was the plan. Why are people going cray?

It's really not about the amount of time to make the decision it's more about how he is torn on his decision.

The only downside to staying in the West is that it's going to be tough to make the All Star team with all the talent that's migrated over.

Guards: Westbrook, Harden, Curry, Paul, Butler, Klay Thompson, ...

Forwards: KD, Kawhi, Davis, Hayward, George, heck even Millsap, ...

This **** sounds so dumb to me and always has. If it's actually affecting his decision then see ya.

He should be confident not laying awake tonight saying "Well it's easier to beat out Otto Porter than Jimmy Butler for an all star spot." Weak *** **** right there.

Luckily I think that is something that people have just made up and I bet it doesn't impact his decision much if at all.

No offense, but not sure I agree that it would have any benefit unless he stays. It might actually be the opposite if he doesn't stay. Reinforces the old stereotype about players not wanting to come here. Might even be worse since it's one of our players.

I said IF he stays

I am bracing for the announcement that he's going.

And praying that Gail Miller doesn't fire off some comic sans rant.

Then hoping for the sweet release if he decides to go with the Jazz.

If your heart is with the Jazz, you make your decision right away...like how Joe Ingles did. If he has to wait till Wednesday, he's gone. That's my gut feeling. Even if Hayward stays, we'll have to go through this BS again in a few years...**** that. I want a player that really wants to be here. Don't worry Jazz fans, Dennis Lindsey is a smart man, we'll be okay, he has something up his sleeve as an insurance plan.

LOL, even down under who gave me crap all year long about Gordo leaving is now on my side. :D
The side of the guys that have been (and still are) seeming to almost root for him to leave?

This

This. It's like he wants to leave no matter what the Jazz do. That's what's pissing me off about this whole ordeal. It feels like he's making the Jazz beg him and demean themselves before him, even though he knows he's leaving. Why the **** is he doing all this?

I don't think he's decided to leave. People are panicking. I was saying IF he decides to leave I would be upset. But it's a big IF. All that Tweet about "being torn" says to me is that Miami and/or Boston made good pitches in Hayward's mind. That's it. I don't think it means that he's decided to leave at all.

I don't think people are overreacting to the announcement tomorrow. It's the "Genuinely torn" Like it's hard on him that he has to let the whole state down, but he's still gonna do it.

Of course that's just how we choose to interpret a tweet that is based off a source who is not Hayward himselt.

They can't wait to gloat if he leaves.

Sent from my SM-J700P using JazzFanz mobile app
Weird thing to gloat about. "Ha ha my favorite team just missed out on their star player and the team got a lot worse."
Doesn't seem like very fun gloating.

Don't have a good feeling about it but will still be sort of stunned if he leaves. Boston's roster is super mediocre. Really thought that failing to get George or Butler would reveal their lack of commitment to winning now.

I just did a seance to get help from above for GH and the ghost of LHM just possessed my buddy. He told me to go buy a Toyota and to burn my copy of Brokeback Mountain.
