Following Potential 2018 Draftees

Not that Bridges' athleticism isn't well known, but damn--such a nice drive and slam at the 1:00 mark.

His tank-like build combined with his explosive athleticism is Griffin-esque.

He reminds me of Tobias Harris a bit. More athletic and has a little more upside but I’d be thrilled to have him. I think he can be a rotation player day one and seems like a mature kid.

A while back I brought up Miles' dramatic increase in FT% over last year. Well, we have a bigger sample size now and he's still above 90%.

He reminds me of a smaller Aaron Gordon with his athleticism. I don't think he has as much offensive creation skill as Harris.

If Tobias Harris and Aaron gordon had a basketball baby it would be miles bridges.

Shamorie Ponds just CRUSHED duke Hahahhahahahhahahahah.. I knew he had it in him.... Well it was only by a few points but this is by-far the biggest win of the Mullin era!!!!!!

They will cite the inability of Duke to hit FT's and Duval and Bagley just missed 3/4 in the final minute or so, St. Johns earned this tho big time...

Shamorie Ponds is razor sharp, he's like Shabazz Napier...

Shamorie Ponds!!!!!!!!!!!!

This senior SG on Clemson Gabe DeVoe is only about 6'3" but man can he shoot the lights out. He'd be a really nice pickup for some team after the draft, type of guy who gets signed right away IMO. definite summer league player.

The French kid Sarr, who was HILARIOUSLY (Georgios Papagiannis and Lauri Markkanen style) rated 4-stars by the domestic services, on Wake Forest, is CLEAR AS DAY a 1st rd talent if u watch Wake with any consistency...

He's easily one of the most slept on players in the nation.

If Wes, Junkyard Dog, Jinglin Joe, Royce, and Gorgeous Georges are any indicator, we should probably just stop drafting wings altogether.

See this kid Barnett on Mizzou can ball!! His shot is good. he's about 6'7½", strong but room for more bulk for sure.. He's tough and very explosive too..

Lots of things backfiring for UK in this one..

Isaiah Washington with a career high 20 and counting (10 minutes to go) and he's barely missed a shot..Keep an eye on him... PG_AB approved razor sharp 6' PG, Freshman at Minnesota, He's an NBA player, reminds me a bit of Isaiah Thomas..

If I ever hyped Nick Richards I was wrong and I take it back and accept my L. This kid is so underwhelming I could put together a 100 point bullet-ed list.

@Dr. Jones above all the 1,000's questions that I'd ask coach cal about recruiting the top one would be "why didn't you recruit Doral Moore?" --- No way they actually lose that game with a real center... Abdul Ado too, I used to swear I'd take him on UK..

Richards is like Josh Boone or something... He's smaller than expected too, it's weird, it's almost like he gained his rank vs lesser comp or something, he's getting TRASHED in SEC play.

Shai Gilgeous Alexander is fantastic tho, he's shooting like 85% from the stripe too... really passes the PG eye test with flying colors every game..

Ty Jerome Sophomore Guard on Virginia is coming along nicely. He's gonna get NBA looks for sure.

6'5" with legit combo skills, he's got very good IQ anticipating steals in passing lanes and has defensive potential, he's clutch too and plays with great presence of mind. I think the Jazz will like him.

They have 5 nice NBA prospects. This is easily my favorite UVA squad ever.

"NBA Range" is a common label that gets overstated when projecting forward, it's a bit more complicated than just looking at some stats.... Anyways THIS is NBA range, the new gold standard for freshman....

Seeing what Miles Bridges is doing and what he did as a freshman, I think he has to be up there next to Sexton in the draft order. I wish he were an inch or two taller, but he's developing as a physical inside/outside scorer not too far behind a young Carmelo Anthony. His 3-pt percentage is up to 39% on 5 attempts per game. The wingspan is middling, but still comparable to Hayward's, and he's such a powerful athlete that I think he can guard either forward position.

I think he'd play either forward spot like a rich man's Jae Crowder or more athletic Harrison Barnes. Not sure if anyone remembers what Caron Butler was like, but that might be another comp for him, a 20-pt scorer in the league before injuries slowed him down.

Yeesh. Mamadi Diakate who comes off the bench for UVA is definitely an NBA prospect and he's Clint Capela / Serge Ibaka levels of bounce...

He just had such a sick block.. He's got true lift, exerts tons of force on the ground in a split second..

Serge Ibaka, I remember when DX used to treat him like a 2nd rd pick and I wanted him and Brook Lopez really bad on the Knicks. This kid kinda reminds me of Serge...

Let me tell ya guys right now... Take Virginia to win your march madness brackets.. They are gonna be the strongest #1 seed, fading them out early will prove detrimental.

They're very serious contenders..only Purdue and Villanova even have a claim at saying their close.

De'Andre Hunter who I've mentioned here since my return is a BALLER, end of story.

MAny things will be said about Trae Young but a few wont be said enough, he has Joe Ingles-style gamblers instincts, and he's truly quick, people will try and use his turnovers like he's reckless and doesn't have excellent anticipation.

one of the steals he got on Matt Coleman in the 2nd half was really an awesome one, Coleman, who's extremely left-hand dominant was trying to go right and Trae sold out the second he crossed left and poked it away, had to stretch completely out to make it happen.

Coleman stole the show in the 2nd half and beat Young like a dirty rug in the process, other than that play.
