There won't be baggage with him in LA. The presence of the big 3 would heavily outweigh any media attention the Balls get during the season.

Lavar isnt really a distraction during the season. Its only in the off-season when there is nothing else to talk about. It would be different on a small market team like the Spurs though.

Maybe. Best case scenario for the Spurs is the Clippers get desperate and give them 12/13, Harris, and Beverly. Spurs take that and have 12/13/18. They could probably move up in the draft if they wanted to after that. Or stay pat and add 3 pretty talented rookie pieces. It'd be a super fast rebuild and they would still probably be a 50 win team next year. A win/win for a small market team.

You think he won't make his regular media tour in November after Lonzo doesn't finish 3 games in a row because he cannot hit a shot and LeBron would rather have Hart on the floor for example? He was doing similar stuff this year with Walton and other players on the roster, why wouldn't he do it with LeBron there? If anything I can see him emboldened by the attention it would get...

Don’t like this. Kawhi thinks the small market is hurting him....it’s not...he’s boring. Just like Hayward was boring. If the PG/Kawhi/Lebron thing happens the NBA is becoming quite a joke. I wonder if they could pull off a Kyrie/Hayward trade? One of the teams on Kyries list to play for was SA. Boston is a little uneasy on keeping Kyrie, so it may make sense, along with the fact it sends Kawhi east instead of west.

Not anymore. Dude quit on his team. He has turned into a diva. He was complaining about 3 hr practices. So he was either faking the injury or it was really bad so if it was really bad then how do we know he will be the same player. Personally, I think he could have come back and I want no part of a player who quits on his team.

Loyalty counts a ton for the Jazz. That said, don't be surprised if Utah got in on the pending action. We have a ton of contracts that are reasonable and some young players. Utah may be able to help facilitate a trade if the price is right. Just saying. This is going to be a wild off season.

No,, I really think it would get drowned out by PG/Lebron/Kawhi. No one would really care that much.
