What would we have to bitch about then?
Lately I've been thinking that the colors and format are really pissing me off. Oh, and there's not enough stupid trade ideas to make fun of.
What would we have to bitch about then?
Yeah, let's get it fixed so that you can give the same person rep more frequently. If something deserves +rep it shouldn't matter if I gave them rep recently. It just causes me to hand out rep willy nilly until I clear enough to give the original poster the rep I want to give them.
Would it be possible to allow more frequent +rep while keeping the -rep the same? I can see not wanting to allow someone to vindictively -rep someone over and over.
I think the reason why that setting is in there, is so two posters don't collude and just rep each other back and forth.
Get rid of rep. Problem solved.

I love your butt cheeks in a very disturbing way. I would like to part them like Archie Moses. Oh snap
Thanks Archie, you sick ****.
Sirkickyass, you have frustrated me for your invalid and irresponsible claim that I was being "hateful". In the Happy Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Pride Month thread I posted a comment that in no way insulted any person for who they were or how they define themselves, nor did I express any hatred for the people involved. I however did express that anyone should conduct themselves in an appropriate manner for the environment that they are in. There is a big difference in what is acceptable at something like a gay pride rally (which I have NOTHING against) versus at a popular family vacation destination that caters and markets itself for very young children. I really don't care who people are attracted to, but for you to give negative rep that said I was being "hateful" is just not right. I will look down on people that are not accountable for behaving appropriately for the environment that they choose to be in (IE: Disneyland), but never am "hateful" of anyone because of who they are (race, religion, gender, etc). I respect many of your comments on JazzFanz.com and find many of your lawyer-centric views interesting and sometimes enlightening although wordy, but there is no spin that makes your "hateful" comment acceptable. Just like showing up to most churches or a job interview at a professional office building in PJs or just a thong and fuzzy slippers and a pet would be inappropriate for that environment. Feel free to try adjusting my words to support your claim, but honestly you just might want to be more careful before throwing "hate" comments around. Those are very strong words in this day and age, especially in reference to such topics as this. Oh, and just so you know, I don't "hate" you either.
FYI - Here was my comment (#8) from that thread (https://jazzfanz.com/showthread.php...d-Transgender-Pride-Month&p=158791#post158791)
"That is weird that they get the entire month of June. They already have a huge annual celebration for several days in Anaheim in early October every year. They even get massive hotel discounts and run around the Anaheim Convention Center and Disneyland en masse. Unsuspecting parents visiting the parks often come back commenting on the awkward situations they encountered and the equally awkward discussions that resulted with their children. I don't care what classification these people refer to themselves as or how they act in private, but certain things should not be so rampant in public regardless of gay, straight, or whatever especially at Disneyland which caters to young children. There are times and places for most anything, but come on and take some accountability for your actions people.

Wait, that comment was "hateful"? Wow. What a clown.

There would never be a special Straight Couple Day at Disneyland to find out how much they would flaunt their "private bedroom behavior" either.
Sorry, fundamentally do not believe you would have posted anything like that about straight couples you saw. This is gay-bashing under the guise of "protecting the children."
But seriously, rep is moronic anyway. Cry harder.
Gay bashing?!?!?! That is the biggest pile of crap I've heard yet. You assume that you can read between the lines and ignore the actual words people say. I said nothing about their preferences in partners just about the behavior in public places catering to young children. Gay bashing is wrong. Religion bashing is wrong. Being in the legal profession, I would assume you'd want to be more careful about accusing people of slanderous and/or illegal things.
I have actually complained more than once about the way some couples behave at disneyland. Once was someone my 12 year old pointed out was in a tiny mini-skirt and not wearing panties and her boyfriend kept putting his hand up her skirt and she would giggle loudly (he saw this on the stairs waiting to get on the train, then once on the train he saw the guy with his hand under her skirt). I don't care if it is a gay couple or a straight couple we should not be subjected to that kind of **** in Disneyland or any other public or semi-public location.

Your post is about a specific couple behaving in appropriately and you're not extrapolating about the entire behavior of heterosexuals at Disneyland. Nor are you describing heterosexuals as spreading out all over Disneyland "en masse."
No, you misunderstood completely. When a straight couple engages in inappropriate behavior, they only represent themselves acting badly, not all straight couples. When a gay couple acts badly, they represent all gay couples. I don't see how you could possibly think that was prejudiced in any fashion.
