Welp.
Never seen it. I think there is a poster here who has used the bathroom with Donovan Mitchell, so maybe Niang was also there and he saw it.you guys who watched G league this year: tell us about his D, please
After what the Jazz coaching staff did with last years 15th man Royce O’Neale. . .Never saw the board so pumped about signing a 15th man on the team. Will he continue to be the 15th man?
For me personally he does try hard (I guess you'd have to if you're playing for a contract), but he just isn't very athletic, or quick, or long, or anything. He tries to shuffle his feet to stay in front of the defender, but that's about all he does that I can see.you guys who watched G league this year: tell us about his D, please
I would be surprised to see him get minutes in the 2nd unit over players you listed and over Sef and even Burks. I think he only gets playing time in garbage time and/or when we have injuries. But I hope he proves me wrong because that means he is pretty good.Who's gonna be in our 2nd unit?
Favors
Crowder
Exum
O'Neal
I think DL figures there's enough length and defensive prowess in that group that you can plug Niang in there and get a bit more scoring out of the group. The only real playmaker in that group is Exum, so Niang's passing ability's gonna help with that too.
Goes without saying there'll need to be injuries for him to get on the floor as the 15th man.I would be surprised to see him get minutes in the 2nd unit over players you listed and over Sef and even Burks.
