15 pounds doesn't sound like a lot of weight to lose but you can see a big difference in both Favors and Crowder, they both look really lean.

I lost 17 lbs recently... it feels worlds different... not a pro athlete but definitely more energy and easier to move in pickup ball. I’m sure it will be noticeable on the court.
 
Damn, what's your secrets?

I did Keto for a few weeks, but only really liked that i was full... I've swapped to just a lower carb diet... but pretty balanced. Fit a couple extra workouts in a week... stay with it for a couple months. All about energy balance.

Also, I got Lipo.

I’ve lost 15 pounds over the past six weeks. We went on a trip to Washington and I ate better than I typically do. However, as we were coming back I got the worst GI illness of my life. Lasted 3-4 days. That accounts for maybe 8 lbs.

I've been doing the whole "time-restricted eating" thing for about a month. It wasn't a weight-loss strategy, but I did end up losing 7 or 8 pounds. Massive gains in energy. And improved recovery and muscle tone.

I definitely recommend.

Then you need to start using deodorant and showering everyday.
