The Mavericks literally got Porzingis mainly because they took the awful contracts of Lee and Hardaway. The future 1st will be weak.

Tim Hardaway and Lee are both useful rotation players too... not like they had Chandler Parsons or the bad Plumlee.

Anybody following the Knicks knows they want to dump Lee and Hardaway. We could have done the same deal with Rubio and Favors expirings and multiple picks.

The only sweetener for the Knicks is DSJ and I don't think he was as important as dumping those two big deals.

Right... if they called and were like Knox and Hardaway for expirings I think they would have moved him easily. This seems like a lazy "**** it" we will take care of it in one move thing.

Gonna laugh when the end up giving the max to Willie Cauley Stein and DeAngelo Russell.
 
The Knicks are looking to wipe the slate clean and they just did. The literally have like $20 million in total salary for this summer (Knox, DSJ, Frank, Trier).
