He's not that natural a shooter.I think he'd be a pretty safe and solid pick, overall. He could turn out something similar to Gary Harris at Denver if he shoots consistently.
It's like that every year man. Mocks aren't made for accuracy til the final days. They are made for clicks.Just 17 days to the draft. Seems like the mock boards are all over the place this year. Maybe its just my perception? Or did the late withdraw deadline impact all the mocks?
Reportedly, the Celtics were the team that made a promise to Matisse Thybulle during the Combine, rather than OKC. I guess the thinking would be that they're planning to keep at least one of their picks at 20 or 22 and use it on Thybulle.
I don't see it with Grant Williams. Personally, I think I'd take Okeke ahead of Williams, even after the injury. Okeke is bigger, longer, shoots better, has some ability to play on the ball, and can guard 2 or 3 positions. I just don't want to wait a year for him to recover.

Well making good draft reads isn't your strong suit.
I think you are right about it being more fluid. I think from the mid teens and on it's pretty fluid through about 35-40.You are right, it just feels more open and fluid. Maybe I wasn't paying attention last year when the Jazz were picking about the same spot.
Idk about that.Nice. Except that the players I've picked out as good prospects have most often risen pretty dramatically in the actual draft.
Idk about that.
I'll give you Bam and Robinson.I guess you don't. Lets see....
Last year, I was touting Jerome Robinson from Boston College, who rose from the 30s in mocks to the lottery on draft night. I wanted Troy Brown from Oregon for the Jazz who rose from the mid-20s to #15. I liked Rodions Kurucs in the 2nd round, even the year before that, and he's panned out.
A couple years ago, I called out Bam Adebayo when he was mocked in the late 30s, then he went in the lottery to Miami.
This year, I started touting Kabengele when most mocks had him in the mid-30s. Now he's moved up almost 20 spots. Bazley just jumped 30 spots, though maybe some of that was easy to predict.
If I'm wrong about Grant Williams and he becomes a significant player, you can call me out on it. ESPN just moved him down from 23 to 32 in their latest mock. I don't like him as a 4, and he's not remotely a 5. If he were longer or super athletic in a Clarence Weatherspoon sort of way, I could get with it, but right now he's meh for me.
I'll give you Bam and Robinson.
Troy Brown fell from his original projections
He's not that natural a shooter.
The other thing ESPN's mock is showing is that Naz Reid might be plummeting. Dude isn't in shape and doesn't have much going for him on the defensive end. I bet he got his *** kicked in our workout going against Claxton and Kab.
