We're gonna score 150 points against one of them and look like the best team in the league, score 85 against another one, then play normally and have a down to the wire game. This team has been wildly inconsistent so far.

Totally agree. I get that people are praising him because he's had moments. But you can tell why the Nuggets gave up on him and why he's on the minimum. He does the same stuff Burks did that made Quin pissed.

i'd be way more mad at the refs (and they were *****) if we played anything close to reasonable basketball at close to the entirety of the first half, or if we had decently boxed out (throughout the game, or at least on that kings last posession), or simply did better than 5 of 10 at the ft line on the last quarter

I feel like the Jazz knew that though. I haven't even seen any of the rebounding chops. I think Quin is asking him to do more than he usually does and he's playing confused.

The only thing I don't understand is why the hell Mitchell insisted on staying behind the line and winding down the clock for a three when all we needed was a two. Why not drive the lane with the option to oop to Gobert if the defense collapsed instead of that cluster fudge?!!!

Love Bogie but no clue what he was doing on that last play - was basically a spectator.

You have to know all 4 players are crashing the board. You gotta put a body on someone.

Also that loose ball foul after Mitchell's go ahead layup was big (and a peculiar call) - otherwise Jazz had a foul to give. Could have forced Sac to re-set.

Hate to pick on Bojan because he's been so good for us... but this was bad.

He didn't move the ball well, had turnovers, and missed his FTs. I get that he can shoot 8-ft jumpers, but if he's going to be a one-trick pony, he can be 3rd string.

Also, Jeff Green had zero rebounds in 23 mins. For an athletic 6'9" forward, that's inexcusable.
