chances of that happening are 1 in million. And it would not matter as LT won vs both Poland and Turkey.

damn, they just showed some referee decisions from the turkey-poland game... two of this referees should never be allowed to officiate again a game in this tournament, imo... terribly biased decisions from this russian referee...
I think Enes would. I like his physical strength opposed to Jonas' length right now. Jonas still needs to put some muscle on. It would be Kanter beating up Jonas in the post. Then Jonas killing Kanter on the pick n roll.
lithuania wont lose because portugal is garbage, so our only chance is gb to win, the turkey spain match was gonna be a final calibre game in different conditions but now its worthless, it has no importance
So barring any miracle performance from Jonas and Lithuania, Turkey is done?
I still like Jonas over Enes though. His length is just ridiculous, as shown by his standing block on Marc Gasol's post attempt.
Shaking my head at not starting Jonas for the 3rd quarter.

i think enes was an underrated defender. his defense is not great, but it's good. his one on one man defense is really good. he's quite a shot blocker more due to his timing than athleticizm and he runs the floor very well. he is realy quick and that's why i think he could play the four, too. his perimeter defense is solid and he has become better in his rotations, help defense. all in all with his defensive awareness, he will become an above average defender in this league, imo. add a high motor, his skillset, his work ethic and his great rebounding and you have a whole package.
if i had seen kanter as a bad defender, than i would have taken jonas as well. but in addition with his body frame, his willingnes, his strength, his offensive game and generally his overall game, i do believe that kanter has the potential to become a franchise caliber player, a superstar while jonas might become a very good role player capable of averaging slightly a double-double and some blocks per game. enes is the better overall player imo and the better fit next to favors.
what do you like more? a kanter-favors duo or a valanciunas-favors duo? kanter can immediately step in an have a big impact for the jazz while valanciunas does simply not have the body frame to have much of an impact straight away. but i might be biased due to my kanter homerizm.

I'd still rather have Jonas-Favors. No one has to step in immediately. We still have Jefferson,Millsap, and Okur. Neither Jonas or Kanter are going to be superstars. Both have chance to be All-Stars.
WTF, keep Jonas in.

I would rather see Enes vs Pau. Boozer gave Pau fits all the time becuase he is a much more physical player and I see Kanter as a bigger, stronger and quicker version of Boozer on the defensive end. I think that Pau could have a hard time tomorrow if Enes is defending him.
