Cos individual songs just aren't cutting it anymore with these long lockouts and staying home for long days and nights...

Went to Wendy’s at lunch this week (they’re super slow, especially now) and managed to listen to all of Songs From the Big Chair while gone.

Mine's The Weeknd's new album AFTER HOURS:

[***Explicit Language Warning***]

BTW, approaching midnight, dim down the lights, a glass of your preferred whiskey on ice or cocktail or your chosen alcoholic beverage is perfect with this...

Enjoy.

I was listening to the police, don't stand so close to me.

Also Alice in chains, I stay away is a good one.

I stand alone by Godsmack is a favorite.

Tom Petty, don't come around here no more.

Some classic Lennon is good, like isolation.

Nirvana is another favorite, songs like stay away.

Like me some 80s rock, like iron maiden virus.

Even some Styx, like too much time on my hands.

I normally listen to audiobooks in my car that I get from the library, but with libraries closed that is no longer an option. I put on "The Greatest Showman" CD in my car and have listened to it over and over. It makes me happy! Every time I think "I'll listen to it one more time and then find something else." Maybe it is because I'm too lazy to change CDs, but why change what is working to keep me calm and positive.

They may have ways to get them online.

What a great movie and score!

Oh I almost forgot R.E.M's the end of the world as we know it, and I feel fine.

They might. I'm too lazy for that as well.

I did change CDs tonight, though. On to "Wicked." Soundtracks are my jam.

I mostly, but not entirely, like the kind of more culty musicals. Like Hedwig, or Book of Mormon. But Les Mis and JCS will always have a special place in my heart.

Right now Something for Kates early albums, bit of the Boss, Van the man and Christy Moore.
