I don't know... #LockeWatch is undefeated. The Jazz pick is not Woodward at the 23 spot. There is a new owner, so I doubt anyone would remotely hint who would be the Jazz's choice.
2020 - Woodard???KqWIN said:Reminder of the history of #LockeWatch:
2011 - Alec Burks
2012 - No FRP
2013 - Rudy Gobert
2014 - Rodney Hood
2015 - Trey Lyles
2016 - Implied trade for vet PG (Hill or Holiday)
2017 - Tony Bradley (Mitchell hidden at threat of being fired)
2018 - Grayson Allen
2019 - Implied trade
I certainly would.#LockeWatch has incredible success rate. It would be amazing if he spoils the pick once again. I wonder if opponents will ever realize just how reliable of a spoiler for the Jazz intentions Locke is. Locke probably should be a must listen to all teams in the range we are drafting.
Don’t know where to put this, but Green feels super meh to me.
Like, in other years he’d be an obvious 2nd rounder.Don’t know where to put this, but Green feels super meh to me.

I think his game is more suited to the NBA than college and he might pop, but I can’t see the Jazz going for him considering how many scoring guards we already have in-play.Doesn’t do much for me either. My semi-realistic pipe dream is Cole Anthony falling to us.
Based on the stats, you probably have a point. But his physical profile is damn tempting and nothing seems broken about his game.Woodard too, no? I would not be a fan if we drafted him at 23.
I don't know ... I think that label is reserved for McDaniels this yearI’m not sure he gets to 23 but Bane is the guy I see us picking... if so DL will mention JazzDNA 500 times in the media interview after. I didn’t like him initially but every time I looked a little deeper I started liking him more.
One side negative is that Locke will say he has an Adonis body 1 million times over the next 4-5 years if he’s on our team.
So you're in the draft planning room of another team. Someone asks if anyone has any intel on what the Jazz might do. You say, "internet fans think their play-by-play gives away the pick almost every year." Does your "war room" run with this?#LockeWatch has incredible success rate. I’m not sure Achiuwa is a modern NBA player. Shot is bad, bad court awareness. The only players that get to do that are centers that do all of the big things exceptionally well and he doesn’t have the size for that.Precious Achiuwa was still available on the Locked On NBA exercise. Locke picked Woodard ahead of McDaniels, Maledon and Achiuwa.
I mean, that was half tongue in cheek, half serious, but Locke has been spoiling Jazz picks for close to a decade now with incredible reliability. If the forums voted on #LockeWatch every year and released the winner as sourced information we would definitely get cred for having legitimate insiders with knowledge about the workings of the Jazz FO. With the exception of the trade years when it's been a bit more ambiguous , every single time Locke zeros in on a prospect he likes more than everybody else in the draft community it turns out it's ultimately the Jazz pick.So you're in the draft planning room of another team. It's kind of weird. None of the "plugged in" national media seem to be thinking the Jazz have any particular interest in Woodward.
When we heard confirmation on Grayson Allen from Tony Jones about Jazz interest in him a couple of years ago, we should have figured it must be true because previously Tony had been way down on Grayson. This year, it seems that Tony independently likes Woodard. So it's a little hard to read.
Sound like they had a full dinner date... interesting.

Locke seriously needs to find out a better way to articulate he's appreciation of a good NBA build.
