I will never understand the extreme hate for Cutler. I expect Forte to demolish the Eagles defense.

As a life long Bears fan, no. I hate Cutler with a passion like I hate Jordan Wynn.

Had this conversation before and will say it again... name me a starting QB that the Bears has had since 1985?

Be happy with what you have even if he isn't one of the top QB's in the league. I would rank Cutler in the top half.

This is coming from a Steelers fan who had to deal with Tommy 'Touchdown' Maddox, Kordell 'Slash' Stewart', Neil 'give the MVP to a no name' O'Donnell, Bubby 'one of the coolest names ever' Brister, Mike Tomzack, and Mark Malone. Until we got Big Ben you had to go back to the early 80's with Bradshaw since we have had a great QB.

If it wasn't for 2 huge Forte fumbles the Bears would have won that game easily. Still, Cutler put together a great performance.

Well, it's not only that he's inconsistent, but I hate the fact that Cutler is a natural born cry baby and bitch.

I still don't get why people don't think Cutler is a great QB. He is clearly a top 10 QB in my eyes. Give him a good offensive line and a more diverse receiving core and he could do wonders. I think he has done amazingly well this year considering how much undeserved scrutiny he is under from clueless fans who think he is a "soft crybaby".

Anyone would be soft after getting sacked 52 times in a season (Cutler's 2010 season)

Cutler is a tough sumbitch. That guy is on his back more than Kim Kardashian. I would think that, actually given a reasonable amount of time to throw, he'd be pretty good. Of course, he might not know what the hell to do with the extra time.

Where do you want me to start? Clueless? Really? Do you follow the Bears?

Slightly. I would say they are my 2nd favorite team behind the Saints (way behind). I've always been a fan of Cutler since his Vandy days. The guy is tough and a top 10 QB.

If Cutler was just a little bit more consistent he'd be in the discussion with the top names. He's at least as good as Eli Manning. I can get Bears fans getting frustrated from him missing some throws but he also makes plays that very few people in the world are capable of.

As a Giants fan there is no way I'd trade Manning for Cutler straight up. Manning still makes 3-4 rookie mistakes a game; but he is a legit clutch QB. His 4th quarter numbers are routinely superior - this year they're off the charts.

Cutler is a QB that good defenses can get in his head. I can understand the frustration of Bear fans. He's the type of QB that an organization will get behind and throw a ton of money to because he has the ability to put up sexy numbers; but I think deep down most Bear fans feel he'll never get them to the next level.
