This is a good move for you. Ray Rice was a terrible pick. McCaffrey is a stud receiver out of the backfield. Much better pickup.
 
Tbh. I like this option to drop one player and pick up a waiver guy after the fact. Sometimes the draft falls weird and you change gears on who you would’ve taken based on an opportunity you weren’t expecting - or just a plain bad pick that doesn’t fit as well as originally thought.

Now that we’ve done this, I think we could tweak a few things to make it even better.

My suggestion would be 31 rounds total.
1 Head Coach. 1 QB. 1 K. 5 offensive linemen.
Minimum of 11 offensive starters and 11 defensive starters with all 8 of the extra picks being flex to use however you want. Use your 30 picks to build the best damn team you can in the style of play that you like best.
• Want to draft 7 WRs and a 3rd down receiving back? Great.
• Build an option offense around a mobile QB and hella good TEs, FBs and RBs? Odd, but totally doable.
• Invest in players that can create a flexible defense that can easily shift between a 4/3, 3/4 or a 4/2/5? No problem.
• If you want to go a bit crazy and use one of your roster spots to add a backup QB? Have at it.
Each team would be fun and unique in the differences - just like real football.

The biggest thing that needs to change is the amount of drafters and think it would be fun to do just a current draft
 
If you are going to insist to keep a very obviously non-jazz-related topic in the jazz forum then at least add a voting option for who gives a flying ****.

What are you talking about? I want a "I don't give a ****" option in the voting if they aren't going to move these threads to the appropriate forum. You said there is an option for that. I showed there isn't one. What the **** are you talking about?
