Trade deadline discussion

The funny thing about Game 1 against Memphis is that Conley was the team leader in +/- that game, +11 in 33 minutes. The Jazz were -14 in 15 minutes without him.
And they would have easily won if Gobert didnt get in bad foul trouble the entire game...

Jrue Holiday nearly shot the Bucks out of the playoffs multiple times. He had a strong team around him and got to a series where his matchup was favorable and he could shine.

Chris Paul could barely move in the 1st round against the Lakers. If they played an actual team, they get bounced in the first round and everyone says the same **** about CP3 that they saying about Conley, but worse.

Yall are under this weirdo impression that if Conley doesn't heroically carry the Jazz he is a failure and the trade sucked. The Jazz have had bad luck in the playoffs with health, it happens. Conley has been an absolute beast when healthy. Let's focus on getting there healthy and shining with Conley (a guy who has proven if he is there and good to go, he will put up elite level play).
We could argue all day about what-if scenarios involving Mike Conley.

But don't insult the intelligence of everyone in here by saying Mike Conley helped us as much the last two postseasons as much as Jrue or Paul would have.

yep, that's definitely the most important game of the season, which we lost(the only loss against Memphis BTW).

definitely more important than the G6 win-or-go-home against Clippers where Conley shot 1-8 and had a Ortg of 58 versus Drtg of 153 with a BPM of whopping -23.6.

The Jazz are 3-4 in playoff games without Conley and 6-5 with him.

Lopo: "See the Jazz lost more with him, that means it was a bad trade"
I guess you forgot the part where I said in the series that we lost.

We did win the Memphis series with him. I mean, we had to bring Donovan back to get it done because Mike and Rudy weren't enough.

I'm not even going to bother explaining why this is a stupid argument. Other people reading this thread will see it.

Same goes for this one.

And he brings this **** up constantly like it's some profound point.
You said that Conley makes a difference. I told you that your point isnt' entirely proven by wins and losses.

Just look at our record with him on and off the court since we have had him.

Our playoff record is .500 with him. When we need him in the series we have lost, we actually lose more.

so we won two more games with Conely in the playoffs. wonder what the record looks like for any team playing without their starting point guard. it'd be good to know.

the way you talking about Conley, I thought it would be something like 3-14 without him and 16-5 with him.

You said that Conley makes a difference. I told you that your point is false.

You cant be this dumb. I refuse to believe it. Even from Alabama this **** is disgraceful.

Bruh we brought Mitchell back because he threw a bitch fit and got a trainer fired.

You are this dumb I guess.
Hey - just making you the liar or the dumbass. Which one are you?

In the playoff series we lost against teams we could and should have beaten, we had a better record when Conley sat than when he played.

Use more insults, but the truth is the truth.

Lopo what's it like to have no brain function to understand context, nuance, sample size or anything of that nature?

You said Conley is the difference - In the playoff series we lost against teams we could and should have beaten, we had a better record when Conley sat than when he played.

It's hard to be this dumb but you are trying your best.

the way you've been talking I thought you have some "high IQ" stuff on basketball that you'd like to share. a bit disappointing but sure.

You said Conley is the difference - In the 2 playoff series we lost against teams we could and should have beaten, we had a better record when Conley sat than when he played.

Use more insults, but the truth is the truth.
