Best Christmas movie ever?

All of the above and Bad Santa. And although it's not a movie, How the Grinch Stole Christmas is must watch. Too bad there's never been a movie about the Grinch. Too bad no good movie exists. It's a shame.

Co-sign.

The Sirkickyass family Christmas movie traditions are "It's a Wonderful Life" with the parents and "Bad Santa" with just the Madame and myself. Both are immensely gratifying.

A Christmas story is excellent but isn't in "It's a Wonderful Life's" league.

My boys received advent calendars this year and they're lucky we don't have any candy corn.

Christmas Vacation. Love cousin Eddie.

Seconded. This movie has become sort of a Christmas tradition in my family.

When Santa squeezes his fat white *** down that chimney tonight, he's gonna find the jolliest bunch of ******** this side of the nuthouse.

Can I refill your eggnog for you? Get you something to eat? Drive you out to the middle of nowhere and leave you for dead?

I love Bad Santa and Christmas Story, they'd both be at the top of my list. But the "must see" movie for me, or it just doesn't quite seem like Christmas, is that old Danny Kaye/Bing Crosby musical "White Christmas" - it's pretty sappy, but I still enjoy it.

as I see it, Christmas Story is to Christmas what The Sandlot is to baseball. Enough said.

Scrooged is to Christmas what Major League is to baseball. Absolutely nothing. But it is hilarious.

It depends on the day, time of day, and how the day went.
They all are the "best" Christmas movie, depending on the situation.

It's been a successful Christmas movie month if I see Christmas Vacation, Home Alone 1 & 2, It's a Wonderful Life, Miracle on 34th Street, Scrooged, Elf, Charlie Brown Christmas, Santa Clause 1&2&3 (even though 3 is really lame), and the Muppet Christmas Carol. I'm sure I missed one or 2.

I have never seen A Christmas Story, I'm afraid if I watched it someone would shoot my eye out.

You only think The Santa Clause THREE is lame? Wow together they make up the Holy Trinity of Lame Holiday Movies.

Of course we still watch them every year, but, you know, just sayin'.

I should neg rep you for not having seen it but I'll just tripple dog dare you to watch it this year.

Ok, rip it, put it on youtube, and post it.
I'll watch it.

j/k Every year I say I will track it down and watch it. It's become a tradition.

Hunt it down? There's this new fangled invention called cable TV. Have you heard of it? If so just watch TNT on Christmas Day. It runs nonstop about 8 times in a row. Hell, give me your address and I'll send you a copy. Everyone knows how much I love it and I think I've received several copies over the years. Do you want VHS or DVD?

I'll find it on cable.
Somehow I missed it as a kid, and now my wife doesn't want to watch it.
I don't watch much anymore without her, or the kids.

I'll have to find it one night on some channel.

I won't have you mail it to me, I would just give you a fake address anyways.
