That's how he spreads the COVID.He's also working out shirtless which is a dick move... now he gets the equipment extra sweaty. Shows he's a locker room cancer. This is the straw that broke the camels back.

I can’t get over that all I’ve seen on social media is Rudy getting after it constantly and Don is just partying and out ****ing around with his thick *** glasses on.
Keeping Don and trading Rudy is not the right move. I just want to get on record.

This makes me less intersted in ron mexico. Why is he criticizing rudy for how he works out? Pretty obvious rudy is in great shape and however he is working out its working. Rudy and his trainers know what they are doing.

Covid is a yesterday thing, he spreads monkeypox now. That's how he spreads the COVID.
This makes me less interested in Rudy. Why is he using a silly ab machine in the body building section of the gym?
I would be more impressed if it was a picture of him shooting 15 footers....
Oh this is 1000% a thirst trap... and it was 1000000% effective.Maybe he's looking for love?

If it was Mitchell with his shirt off, you would have a little wet spot on your jeans.I would be more impressed if it was a picture of him shooting 15 footers....
Seriously though, pictures like these are just so "douchey". If you want to send a physical fitness "I'm working out" message, show a video running up a hill pulling a sled like Derrick Henry or squating a ton or doing bench press. Showing off his abs? What is he Shakira?
He's got plenty of "douchey" posts too.If it was Mitchell with his shirt off, you would have a little wet spot on your jeans.

Um...The timing of this post is hilarious.Jazz are in a pickle, championship teams are not built around 6’1 guards as your #1 scoring option. On a championship team, he needs to be a #2 or even #3 scoring option. Similarly they aren’t built around a defensive center with no offensive moves. Jazz won’t do it cos of the damn all star game. But something tells me not cashing in and blowing it all up now will be a mistake. Go get some young talent and draft capital else we will be mediocre for years to come.
You can more safely (over)load it with weight. Kinda like a Smith machine (for situations on the margins of safety). This makes me less interested in Rudy. Why is he using a silly ab machine in the body building section of the gym?

I'm all about equality in my opinions about "douchey" social media posts.

Is the "3" part of "3 and D" really applicable to Tate?Trade of the day....
Houston trades 17 & 26 and Tate
Houston gets #10
Wash trades: KCP, Ish, #10
Wash gets: Conley, 17 & 26
Utah trades: Mike Conley
Utah gets: KCP, Ish, Tate
We get a bruising power wing and a 3 and D player. Wash gets pg without giving up Deni or Rui. They split the #10 pick into a couple firsts and can draft TyTy with #17. Houston has a bunch of young dudes so gets a higher quality pick while consolidating a bit.
Don
KCP
Tate
Bogey - Maybe you move him in another deal.
Rudy
Royce, JC, Ish and whatever off the bench.
No... at least not yet. He's a dump truck though... and has some Mfer in him. He's more than a 3 and D type imo. He can do some Dray/PJ Tucker things. More of a 4/5 could be good as a different kind of playmaking roll man. He will make enough 3s I think. Maybe the shot quality improves a bit for him playing off of good NBA players. Is the "3" part of "3 and D" really applicable to Tate?
I am not sure about the shot quality, teams dare him to shoot.No... at least not yet. He's a dump truck though... and has some Mfer in him. He's more than a 3 and D type imo. I think if you simplify a bit for him and he knows he gets more spot up opportunities he can get to the 35% range.
If he can't hit shots then he needs to outrun guards in my opinion. That would be an Olympic athlete runner type of conditioning. That's another level he can reach. You can more safely (over)load it with weight. Kinda like a Smith machine (for situations on the margins of safety).
The notion that Gobert - a dude who misses little time and only to contact injuries, has not regressed with age at his size, and plays almost every summer - or his trainers are idiots is idiocy. The guy is 1st tier of the 1st tier in terms of conditioning.
