2023 NBA Draft Megathread

A couple updates from Wasserman:

Black’s floor appears to be 8 at Washington. Interest in him is growing and spreading. Has him mocked at 6.

Teams have raised "yellow flags" about Whitmore's medicals which could cause him to slide a little. Has him mocked at 9.
Yellow flags... lol... like does his family have a history of acid reflux? Does he have increased chance at carpel tunnel?

Everything is just so all over the place it is truly hilarious.

Have we heard anything about what the Jazz think of Hendricks? We've heard they like Cam, Black and Jarace, and today in The Athletic mock draft Tony said that they're smitten with Bufkin and also like Wallace and JHS. Don't remember hearing anywhere that the Jazz like Hendricks.

Feels like the Cam slipping thing is real. For a lot of the “promises” we never really saw Givony move people in his mock draft. He’s moving Cam down and so is everyone else. I think it’s real.

BTW, if the Hawks trade 15+Hunter to move up that’s a terrific way to deal with some of the money issues. They should use Hunter as a trade piece, he’s overrated.

Tony has said the Jazz like Hendricks.

As someone who likes Black and has him high on my board (6th) I would like the Wizards to take him just because he would get a very long leash to learn the NBA PG position. If he's going to be a full-time PG, Washington is probably the best place for him.
