What's new

Game #8: Jazz at Warriors, Saturday 01/07/2012 8:30 MST

I have to say, I'm pleasantly surprised. I thought the jazz were gonna fold a few times.
I said from the start that I expected the jazz to play well at home and suck on the road.
They weren't great tonight. GS isn't a good team, and they were playing a back to back, but it was still a tough game, but the jazz pulled it out. Any road win this year is great.

I'm feeling good

Have to say Raja's defensive experience was key. How many times do you think he has the been the one guarding the ball handler in a game winning situation? Probably a lot. He knew what Ellis wanted to do, and stopped him from doing it without fouling. Hayward and Jefferson also had big shots down the stretch. Still like to see Hayward ice both of those FT's, it's obvious he still gets nervous at the line.

hahah. banned from chat. I said a s s. Apparently cussing is a big deal and makes baby jebus cry.

I luv you colton and baby jebus.

Great win, nice to see them coming back from behind and winning on the road. Elis in last 3 minutes tried to do it all alone and that cost them the win. Give me team over individuals anyday!

How bout Gordon?

18 points, 6 reb, 4 assists, 2 steals

AK-like numbrers

Hated to see him miss that ft, but it still proved to be the game winner.

Not a great game for Al, but the shot that tied it was HOSS

Thank goodness Hayward had a good game. I was really worried about his confidence.

With Hayward I truly believe it's all about confidence. Last night he missed a couple of open jumpers and he played scared on offense all night; which in turn caused him to hang his head on defense. Tonight he hit his first two shots and I knew he was in for a good game.

How about CJ. Only 4 minutes. 0-3, 1 ast and 1 fould with a -3=/- for the night. Ouch. I do not think he is a fan of Corbins.

What a win!!!! Not sure why Hayward was taken out in the 3rd when he was dominating and we were making a run, but I'll take the W however we can get it at this point! Go Jazz!!
