Was @Sardines suggesting an improper relationship with the cybertruck? I believe they call such things automania, was he frustrated that an electric car had no tailpipe and there was no way to express his love?

Thing is I wasn't talking about the person inside the cybertruck at all. That had nothing to do with my comment.
When I heard a cyber truck blew up I honestly initially thought it was a battery failure or something. That was my initial reaction. I've heard nothing but negative things about the cybertruck.

Lock the highways around down with semis right after everybody gets in. Hold until the purge is complete.
Try peaceful means first, but be prepared to fight to get the Dems out of the fed government and military by any means necessary. They all must go and a hard reset must occur for our country to avoid collapse.

Weeded out those in our government and military who do not idealize #2.
The income inequality in this country and cost-of-living is outrageous. The number of homeless on our street is embarrassing and disgusting. Have some pride and take care of this.
Stop obsessing over diversity. We are all diverse and DEl is a cancer.
Thankfully we rejected the DEl candidate and will have a real President instead of Weekend at Bernie’s.
We must move on from the culture of weakness and self enrichment perpetuated by our senior political and military leaders. We are done with the blatant corruption. Our soldiers are done fighting wars without end states or clear objectives.
This was not a terrorist attack, it was a wake up call. Americans only pay attention to spectacles and violence. What better way to get my point across than a stunt with fireworks and explosives?
Why did I personally do it now? I needed to cleanse my mind of the brothers I’ve lost and relieve myself of the burden of the lives I took.
Consider this last sunset of ’24 and my actions the end of our sickness and a new chapter of health for our people. Rally around the Trump, Musk, Kennedy, and ride this wave to the highest hegemony for all Americans! We are second to no one.

Seriously though, one of the worst things to come from all this will be Musk learning just how easy it is to **** with world politics when you have the resources he does. It feels like Ozymandias from Watchmen, only way way way more dumb. Thinks he knows better than everyone else and is willing to kill millions to achieve his ends. Only in Watchmen, Ozymandias ostensibly wants world peace, and in our world Musk wants to be dictator of the world. Kind of a big difference.

The guy definitely had a screw loose. He had a traumatic brain injury in 2019 and was on anti-psychotic meds, but ultimately he chose the more honorable path in not taking anyone with him unlike the guy in New Orleans. In looking at the two events, there is an undeniable parallel that media seems to be going to great lengths to ignore. Both events appear to have been triggered by the same life event. In both cases, their significant other left them and took away their kids in the days before they did what they did. The wife of the New Orleans guy divorced him some time ago, but the decision to mow people down came immediately after the ex-wife barred him from his kids. With the Vegas guy, his wife left with their baby six days before he shot himself in front of Trump Hotel.

I understand why you do it. As an educator, you want to live the delusion that people still think educators are elites. Nobody except educators believe that. Gandalf posted an article about boys not going to college in another thread that had an interesting bullet point. It read:
"By the middle of the 19th century, girls started becoming students and women became teachers. Consequently, men swiftly left the profession, the pay dropped and teaching was no longer considered a prestigious occupation."
