I can’t afford this Trump economy

Yikes…

Being able to drop a quarterly US GDP prediction by 5.1% from +2.3% to -2.8% in a single week is one of the most impressive economic developments in the history of the world.

Like I’ve said before, my wife works in finance at one of the largest banks in downtown SLC. They’re all predicting some rough waters ahead. Garbage leadership that promotes garbage policies are going to bring about garbage economic results.

Don’t let Trump and his cult get out of this, like so many other things. Nail them on this. They own this economy. It’s their policies. Had we elected happy woman, our GDP would be growing, stock market would be up, Ukraine would be receiving aid, and we wouldn’t be waging wars against our allies.

My 401k and IRAs have all taken pretty solid hits recently. I am leveraging some of this to buy a house and it hurts to watch it keep dropping and dropping, and so quickly. Yikes.

Hey at least the insane asylum immigrants aren't raping and killing you all the time anymore and not eating your dogs/cats and the transgenders aren't doing whatever scary things they were doing to you anymore.

Agreed. I'll take solace in my un-reamed bunghole and my uneaten pets and the fact that I can call Randall she/her again instead of he/him since that change is so ****ing terrifying!

So a question: do you guys want the world to boycott or not boycott American companies? Bad for economy but good for getting rid of the fascists? What should I do? Keep campaigning for it or not? It hasn't helped with Russia as much I wanted. Their fascist is still in lead.

Idk. I want whats best for America. So I guess what I want is nature to take its course. trump is old, fat, dumb, doesn't sleep enough, eats like crap, doesn't exercise, and is probably stressed a lot. Add all that up and I have to think a heart attack is imminent.
Also figure the midterms should flip congress (I will be voting for the first time ever).

Having trump as president really sucks.

Who has ****ing EGG money in the this economy!!!!!
Honest question, have eggs increased in price dramatically in the AU?

EDIT: I ask this where it seems that eggs are currently about 4x in price over 2 or so years ago. Well above other inflation.

bought two dozen yesterday cause Im rich!!! I ****ING HAVE EGG MONEY!!!! It cost me 20 bucks. Prices have gone up at least 20 percent, biggest issue is supply a lot of supermarkets hardly ever stock. I managed to score some from a local fresh food market, they were smaller than I would buy 18 months ago and an extra couple of dollars a pack. That said everything is expensive here (And i like some pricey things) my weekly shop cost me about 300 bucks.

20% is a lot but they really have gone up like 4x in the last year in the U.S.. I've been joking about it but it is crazy.

Yeah the bird flu disruptions here haven't been as massive as they have been in the northern hemisphere, there was a worry that migrating birds would cause an issue here over this summer but it hasn't really panned out. The supermarkets as well are under a lot of political pressure here over pricing across the board which has gone through the roof.

I bought 4 steaks and 1.5kg of sausages yesterday and it was well over a 100 dollars, at the same time prices at the farm gate for producers have been hammered. We are getting ****ing hosed on prices, you can buy Australian beef overseas cheaper than you can buy it here. Its a disgrace, problem is the government is too piss weak to take the multinational supermarket chains and their multinational suppliers on for price fixing, even if they do the penalties are a slap on the wrist compared tot he profits they're making.
