The Thriller

Thriller, no offense, but I don't really consider you worth responding to in depth, especially since you're trying to tell me what I should think as a lawyer and your post is treading into Godwin's law territory.
Even for you, this was a pretty lame *** response.
Again, I ask, what is/are, "The Mormons" from your post?
Of course, the Mormons of the time sent Porter Rockwell to kill Governor Boggs, which brings us back to Joseph's relationship with violence again. Full circle.
Pretty bad generalization if you ask me. And btw, bringing Germans and Jews into this discussion wasn't to introduce WWII, Nazism, etc but to demonstrate the use (and negatives) of generalizations. Not exactly in line with Godwin's Law. We weren't comparing Nazis, the Jews, Holocaust. Nor was it an attempt to end an argument or discussion, hence, why I asked you to specify what you meant by, "The Mormons" and to provide evidence to support your claim. Might want to brush up on that theory, sparky. If you feel like that was somehow a personal attack or an attempt to end this discussion then you're gravely mistaken.
So here, if this makes your butt feel better, lets forget the Germans and Jews comparison. I won't even use a war example. I'll do exactly as you did regarding "The Mormons." Catholics hate Evangelicals, Muslims ordered the 9/11 attacks, Arizonans hate Mexicans, gingers are planning to take over the world, Ukrainian bball players love donuts, posters with Chuck Norris as their profile pics are in desperate need of girlfriends, fat people are lazy, and California lawyers don't know anything about basketball because they buy Fess uniforms.
Happy now?
What is/are, "The Mormons" who sent Rockwell to kill the governor and what evidence do you have to support this claim? An honest question. Please, no more fluff or incorrect usage of theories that you haven't studied since you had to in law school. Bring the meat this time, kicky.
BTW, I'll definitely check out that book. Thanks for the link.
