FCS getting four wins versus FBS so far.

I think all of them against BCS teams, too.

NDSU vs. Kansas
JSU vs. Ole Miss.
USD vs. Minnesota
JMU vs. Va Tech.

USD is still on probation for moving up from D-II.
NDSU just came out of probation fro moving up to D-II
JSU is a good FCS team.
JMU is a CAA power. Won a championship a couple years ago.
 
How long will it take for Conan to come on this site? Also I kinda like the feeling of knowing Trout is probably screaming at the tv right now.

Utah started a bit slow. Even with weaker opponents coming up in the next few weeks, they'll only get away with this for for so long before it catches up to them- especially on the road. With that being said, a 28 point win without your starting QB is nothing to sneeze at.
 
Craig Thompson was at the Air Force/BYU game today. Im guessing he left the game with a little smirk on his face.
 
This young Michigan QB does nothing to impress me. He has crazy numbers, and solid poise and improvisational skills but he doesn't appear fast at all to me (I'd guess 4.7). Just sayin'. His numbers are insane so far though.
 
If anybody wants to see an extremely limited offense, see the second half of the BYU game when only Riley Nelson got to play. It's like a poor man's version of Air Force. Utah fans are going to have a lot of ammo this season if he remains the full-time guy. Although, certainly that was a defensive and offensive combined suck. But hey, we are BYU. We are supposed to outscore teams, not play defense.

I'm getting quite the following here I see. My sig is being tracked. My posting habits are tracked. Posters are alerting mods to my posts. My presence away from JF is tracked. Please fellas, it's all flattering but a bit creepy.

But I do like that Ute fans are the first ones talking about BYU. That's nothing unusual though.

What's wrong with Wynn? How long is he out? Cain played well though, every time I flipped the TV he was making a nice throw. Plus, the reality is that he has started a lot of games and has only lost one. If future years weren't a consideration, I'm not sure he isn't better than Wynn right now. He basically got yanked for no reason last year.
 
Wynns finger is hurt, probably could have played but its UNLV.....

Utah's 2 QB system> BYU's 2 QB system

He got yanked for a reason. He would make a great play and then miss a bunch of open guys. Wynn outplayed him in his few starts last year.
 
Cain can't consistently make the throws that Wynn can. There was a pass Wynn made in the Pitt game I was in awe, there's no way Cain could have made that pass. Wynn is Utah's QB no question. Cain would have lost the Air Force game last season if it wasn't for a great defensive effort and a little bit of luck.
 
I'll take you guys at your word because I'm definitely a spotty Ute game watcher, but nevertheless Cain is a nice option to have in situations like today. I'm still not sure what to make of Utah football this year, it would be a little easier if Pitt played today.
