Doesn't the media here just piss you off?
Literally, Monson, PK, Gunther, and Graham are the only ones who ever "dare" defy the Jazz Empire.
In the post game you have Boler asking Hayward, "So even though Mo hadn't played in a few months, what kind of lift did he provide?"
Great question Boler... And of course Hayward can't be honest and say, "Mo really screwed the pooch. He should have barely played after missing so much. Especially in crunch time. King Krupa is a dumbass."
Checkettes and Parks (who is only good to listen to when he does impressions):
"Well, this is a young and developing team. Everyone was calling for the young players and now you're seeing the results. They're doing ok without their best offensive weapon."
LOL huh??????????????? These aren't growing pains. Without the kids, we'd be getting blown out in these games. It's the vets who are screwing up. Millsap last game missed a ft. Marvin, Watson, and Foye gave us a donut.
This game? Mo was worthless, Marvin again looked like a scrub on some Div III team, and Millsap choked down the line. Had we stuck with Burks and Kanter we would have won.
Growing pains? Here are growing pains:
#1 Shipping Marvin's *** to N. Dakota.
#2 Limiting Mo's mins until he gets back into the groove of things. There's no way he should be playing crucial mins right now.
#3 Limiting Millsap. If he wants to maybe play the 3 and can be effective, then try it out. Otherwise, it should be all Favors and Kanter now.
#4 Severely limiting Foye.
#5 No more Watson. Play Hot Rod Hundley over Watson.
#6 Give the Big 5 (Carroll) 30+ mins.
#7 Play Murphy and pogo stick. I want to see if these guys belong in the NBA.
#8 Growing pains? Face it, we ain't making the playoffs. Not with the road schedule we have left. Begin to assess the future and make changes here in a few months. We'll have a lotto pick.
In the next few games we should be blown out. Time to assess things.
