Optimism for the future

So I know that everyone wants to be negative, because it seems like the fun thing to do. But think about it for a second, when all we talk about is negative stuff, all the threads start to suck, and nobody wants to post on here or read it anymore.

I think that all the negativity is making us miss the good stuff that is going on. Post all the good stuff you see about the Jazz in here.

The good things I see:

Kanter is a BOSS. The dude does not stop when he gets a chance. He is pretty consistent. It seems that when he gets minutes, he not only lives up to the per minute stats that he was getting on limited minutes, but he might even be better.

Favors has sick defense. He also plays a good offensive game at least half of the time, and a great one when TY thinks he should only play in three quarters.

Right now, it looks like Burks is going to be an all star, if he gets minutes. He is a good player, and should be a big time shooting guard when his coaches decide to play him there.

Hayward is awesome. I know everyone in the world likes Paul George right now, but guess what? Since Hayward came off of the shoulder injury, he has been every bit as good or better than Paul George. If he was playing anywhere but here, he would be an all star for sure.

We are set up to do big things in the offseason, I still have faith in our Front Office. I think they will let Jefferson walk or sign and trade him for something, anything.... a kfc pot pie? Anyway, the point is that I think our Front Office is setting us up for championship contention in the next five years or so.

So there it is. We have enough negativity in the rest of the threads. Just post stuff you are positive about in this one.

You never know what the owners/managers are thinking. THey dont think like fans do. THey only care about revenues. Corbin may not be fired if he gets us in the playoffs. But hopefully he is dumb, and keeps playing the vets so we lose and dont make the playoffs. I wrote off this season long time ago. Corbin will hopefully keep digging his own grave.

well, that lasted long.... I guess this place is too rotten to have any positivity. what 'er

I am positive about the future. The Four are coming along great. Kanter is starting to dominate and Haywar dis starting to show consistency. Favors has great D and will be great at getting all the garbage points from Kanter misses. Burks is starting to ease into the game and is making smarter plays. Carroll has really improved and he have a sparkplug grasshooper on the bench in Evans.

Good things are coming the Jazz way.

forgot about Carroll and Evans! I hope they keep playing Carroll, and Evans gets some more minutes

The future is extremely bright!..... i cant wait for next year! (not sure if that is positive or negative)

I still hope we make the playoffs this year, regardless of whether or not the old dudes or the young studs are the ones to get us there.

Alot of people are wishing the jazz would lose most of thier games, but when the season ends and there are no more jazz games to watch, i know i will be sad.... so i hope they make the playoffs for the simple reason that i will get to see more jazz games in that case.

I'm psyched as ever about our Core Four. I think all of them have All-Star potential, and Favors/Kanter have superstar potential. I would take our young bigs over anyone in the 2013 draft.

All we need is a young PG to complete the core, and we might be able to get one in the draft. I think we could land Burke or McCollum and hope they reach, or even surpass their current expectations.

I would add Hayward to that mix of superstar potential if you look at the last few weeks. He has been awesome. I think he could be as good as ginobili.
