Hey, while there was some sincerity in that remark, "you guys suck at being reporters," it was partly in jest, a sarcastic remark, because with all the crap in between the legitimate comments people made I had a hard time determining what he said and what people were making wisecracks about what he said. This is what got me frustrated in the first place because I had tried to view it online but the station wasn't very prompt in posting it and I never saw it until the next morning. And with the way this board has become, sometimes you need read between the lines to find the facts.
I fully agree with this.
But you also need a little sense of humor. Sometimes, it's better to come down off your high horse and mingle with the common man on his turf. Sometimes a man can be a victim of little more than his own perception.
Colton and Kicky have mentioned this before... in this very thread. But you probably need to take a look at it, because I'm really concerned about your grip on reality if you're actually defending write4u.

Joker, have you read the 30-page discussions One Brow had with Aint, or the blogs posted by Aint on philosophical discourse on One Brow's website. What are the odds that two such like minded nerds could be on one website. And One Brow contends he hardly knows Aint. Damn, he's been talking to the guy at length for years. In fact, check the current discussion board for Hopper (formerly Aint) and you will find some long-winded dialogues between the two. I wish there were a psychologist on this site who could enlighten us about multiple personality disorder. But I guess we also can look it up, as well. Everything is online these days. And no one seems to grasp the significance of the relationship between the two. One Brow was a mod and Aint was a poster creating havoc on the site. What does that tell you?

I stopped reading after two pages because I knew the rest of the topic would be posters accusing posters be being other posters. I don't even know why I read two pages.

Write, although it aint exactly my forte, or nuthin, Imma make a serious and sincere response to some of the things you've said, only because I like you.
1. This part aint really important, but if you think I insulted or attacked you, I think your memory is bad. Some of your arguments and "reasoning" was so ill-considered that I'm sure I ridiculed some of your claims, but those were not personal attacks. Just attacks on some of your premises and the unfounded conclusions you were drawing from them.
2. If you're talking about a true multiple personality disorder (MPD), which you seem to be, then the different personalities exhibited by the same person are generally quite dissimiliar in attitude, belief system, etc. Yet you rely on what you see as a close similarity as evidence. It don't work that way. No need for two personalities if they're basically the same. In cases of MPD they are in fact two different people for the personal affected. He has no memory of what his other "identity" has done and it is not some kind of contrived teamwork that is sought. Yet you seem to believe that one person has created multiple personalities for the sole purpose of "double-teaming" you.
3. On the other hand, if you're just talking about one person perpetrating a carefully-planned, self-conscious ruse with full knowledge of what each "separate" identity is doing, then, as many others have noted, your conclusions make absolutely no sense (yet you are quite explicit in calling your misperceptions "the truth"). What is to be gained from having two internet message board ID's, exactly? If there is in fact any "gain" (if there is, I don't see it), how much is that "gain" worth? Worth enough to make 30 pages worth of posts to "convince" others it's not really the same poster? No one cares to begin with, and there is nothing to "prove" to begin with. Half the people here could have multiple accounts and no one would know, let alone care about, the "truth" about the poster behind them. No one would even suspect that 2 are the same to begin with, unless perhaps someone was banned and people thought he was trying to slip back in disguised. Otherwise, who would know, care, or suspect? Many posters say basically the same damn thing some other poster just said. So what? Who would think that "proves" they're the same person?
4. Given the above, you are giving every indication of having a paranoid personality. I don't say that to offend, ridicule, or demean you. It's just my honest opinion, and it is based on far more than your aint=one brow obsession. Aint no shame in that, if it's true. People don't choose to be clinically paranoid any more than they choose to have heart disease. But like physical diseases, paranoia can be successfully treated by medication and other methods.
5. Like I done said, I'm only saying all of this because I like you. Your illness, if that's what it is, generates a lot of adverse comments, from a lot of people, not just me and Eric. I suspect, however, that if I am right, you are already well aware of your condition, and have in fact been prescribed medication to ameliorate the symptoms. Many such persons simply stop taking their medication, and feel they are doing just fine without it, even when the symptoms once again become extreme. Paranoia seldom, if ever, first manifests itself late in life. Initial onset is generally in the teens or early 20's, so if you've had this condition that long, I'm sure it's been pointed out to you before. For you own good, get back on the meds, eh, homey?
Once again, Hopper does not post blogs on my site, he posts comments. Anyone can post comments, as you well know.
I hear there's a website with hundreds of posters who discuss the Utah Jazz. What are the odds so many like-minded people would all be on one site? They must all be one person!
The thing about this is, no one owed you an accurate report of what KOC said. You acted like once you asked for someone to accurately relay KOCs comments that the next poster better damn well give a good accounting of it. I think that attitude played a lot into the way people responded to you. Can you see that?

So far as Aint / Hopper, yeah I actually like guy myself but he did more than ridicule my arguments. He called me all sorts of vicious names and frustrated me to no end with his nitpicking not to come to the same conclusion about something as me. It is much the same as what these other guys have done regarding what the reporter said. It's really just being hostile. Look at One Brow, he refuses to accept what the reporter wrote, though it's there in print. And he will find any way to make an argument that the reporter is wrong. What is with that? With such an attitude, you can deny anything. This is ridiculous and unreasonable. This is only a message board and all we want is to convey information. Whether or not KOC guaranteed it or not, he said it's possible that AK might not be with the Jazz this year, and the fact is they have been listening to offers. That's the crux of the matter and all we need to know.
I also have more of an O / C personality and that's what drove me to try to discover who Hopper was / is. I wonder about a guy who spends hours and hours posting online with very intelligent comments with an affected vernacular. Why would anyone do that? Why doesn't he do something more constructive with his mind? I know a lot of us spend hours on this board, but nowhere near the time Hopper spends on Internet posting.

I'm sure that it has nothing to do with anything you've written or done. You're just an innocent victim who has been viciously singled out for no apparent reason. It's just because you defend AK and all of the haters go after you and you alone.

Just curious, Write, but who ya figure the ringleader of this deviant conspiracy is, eh? I mean, like, One Brow wuz here years before me, and this other guy ya got in on it, Jazzfan 2814, or whoever (who I only remember seein one post from, and that was within the last few months) cames years after me, as far as I know. So ya figure it all starts with Eric, and then he just makes a duplicate account every few years, that it? Who's the one who started givin ya da bidnizz? Eric?
