What's new

Following potential 2013 draftees

I see bust written all over MCW. I don't see his skill set of getting to the hoop in collage translating to the pro's. He's tall, but not that strong, athletic, but not as explosive, due to not being that strong, and can't shoot.

Thought the same thing, but more D-Will light.

What a surprise.... People selling Hayward short. I think he can do this, he's shown signs of this, but isn't given much of a chance thanks to Ty's inability to structure a decent offense, or using Hayward to set up the offense and putting the ball in his hands. The few games Ty has put the ball in his hands he has done exactly that.

I think you are selling him long. Hayward is good in wing pick n rolls on the elbows, but he just isn't the type of player who can control and dictate the tempo of an entire game, nor should he be.

I agree.

However McCollum has been a leader on his team, albeit it was Lehigh, but he was still that teams leader. They went where he went. He's obviously not a perfect PG, otherwise he'd be a top-5 pick, but he has enough skills and potential that I want him on my team.

Shabazz is now predicted to go #9 on both draftexpress and nbadraft. Kinda reminds me of what happened to Drummond after his freshman year. What would it take to move up into that range?

Both our picks? Burks + 1 pick? S/T Millsap to OKC for Perk + Toronto pick?

I don't have much interest in Bazz. Others might but I don't.

Ever since he sulked after his teamate knocked down the game winner, I have no interest in him at all. He's out for himself and that is not what the Jazz need. Let the Kings draft him and then they can have Cousins and Shabazz on the same team.

I didn't see this posted, sorry if I missed it.

BYU Senior Brandon Davies was MVP of the Portsmith Invitational Tournament.

Some are saying this will get him an invite to Chicago Pre Draft Camp. Jazz will almost certainly have him in for a group workout too.

He is not worth even a 2nd round pick, but ya I wouldn't be surprised to see the Jazz invite him to camp. They have a history of bringing in local players when one is halfway decent, but not great.
