Does all this McGary talk mean he has officially entered? I like his ceiling over Withey's. I'm not working off of much here...

Yes, Isaiah Austin's dad does live in Utah it seems. Like PKM said, Austin won't be there by 20-21, but he might be there at 14. If he is the BPA, then I say go ahead and take him and take a guard like Wolters or Kabongo with the GSW pick. It would be pretty cool though, his dad lives in Utah and he is playing in the NBA for the Utah Jazz.

Insane not to take him at 14 if he's there. He has definite bust potential.. but I'd put him around 8/9.

****, I forgot all about Cody Zeller. For some reason I thought he was talking about Tyler Zeller. That's why I was confused.

Except Withey has a definite NBA skill.. whereas McGary seems pretty good, but not great, at anything.

No he hasn't declared. But at least I'm hoping he does as well as Robinson III, just to thicken up the talent pool a bit more..
 
Cody also plays like a ****ing man. No deer in the headlights from him.
It's silly to compare one game of vs. one game of another. The body of work is there, easily.
Both good, but Cody all day.
 
If Zeller had a wingspan everyone here would be all over him. It sucks that he is physically limited, but I believe that he will overcome it. I think people probably make a bigger deal over measurements than need be, at the end of the day it's about how big you play.

OK re body of work, but I don't think the Big 10 had anyone who really physically challenged Cody this year. He sorta choked a bit against Syracuse. I dunno... Cy said it depends how big you play, and I just don't think Cody plays big.

McGary I think plays big.

Fine. But look.. McGary has had like 4 or 5 nice games. Cody has had 50. McGary is the shiny new coin while Cody has been doing work.

Now you know.. I'm cool with whatevs/
