Following potential 2013 draftees

His dad is the biggest leach in his posse as far as I can tell. He's been farming this kid to get his own payday.

I know these things.

I thought you were saying he was breaking away from his dad and I was asking how you knew that

In no particular order, players I wouldn't be surprised to see go before Schroder:

1. Nerlens Noel
2. Ben McLemore
3. Otto Porter
4. Trey Burke
5. Anthony Bennett
6. Shabazz Muhammad
7. Victor Oladipo
8. Alex Len
9. C.J. McCollum
10. Cody Zeller
11. Rudy Gobert
12. Steven Adams
13. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope
14. Michael Carter-Williams
15. Kelly Olynyk
16. Gorgui Dieng
17. Dario Saric
18. Mason Plumlee

Combine that with the fact that virtually no one in the lottery needs a PG, and I really like our chances of landing Schroder. He's ours, guys.

After watching the combine, I am more certain that there are a lot of good players in this draft. I still question that there are any sure bet superstar but if a team drafts well they can add solid pieces to their teams. A team like Cleveland has a great opportunity to get a lot better with their picks. I think there are going to be some decent talent in the late 20's early 30's.

I wasn't high on Larkin before the combine but now that I've see how athletic he is, I feel he would be a great pick at 21. He is still going to struggle with size in the NBA but guys are going to struggle staying in front of him. Man I would love having a pick in the first few picks of the second round like Cleveland.

I know Cleveland wouldn't do it but I would trade the 21st pick for both the 31st and 33rd pick.

I wouldn't do it and don't see why Cleveland would miss that. There is good chance either Karasev or Adetokunbo fall to 21.

Yeah, I was saying basically the same thing yesterday. I'm not too worried. I'd still prefer McCollum, and I think even he may slip to us.

So will ya'll burn ESA to the ground if Schroder is on the board at 14 and the jazz take someone else?

I have this nagging feeling that the Jazz end up with McCollum and the price will be the 14th pick and Alec Burks.

Question:

Of all the PGs in this draft, who do you think is both extremely fast end-to-end and very good at finishing at the rim?

McCollum and Schroeder have their problems finishing...
Burke is likely out of our range...
How's Larkin at finishing?

Considering Larkin is short with short arms, he probably isn't the best finisher.

what about this wild and crazy idea we pull a timberwolves and go 2pgs... Schroeder at 14 and Larkin at 21,

or best case, McCollum at 14 and Schroeder at 21 but i dont think thats likely

trade for a top 2nd rounder, select Mouhammadou Jaiteh and then James Southerland or Ricky Ledo with the jazz 2nd rounder, were set, only need a few FA's

Burn it to the ground.
