But I think the so-called BPA is a misleading term, because each team will have their own list of BPA's.

I'm probably alone in saying this, but I think if you really like a player, there's no reason to pick the "consensus BPA" - just go for it and pick your man!

As an example, I would happily pick Schroeder at #6 even if Burke is still available (provided Schroeder's attitude checks out and his shooting is legit).

LOL.. Chad Ford just told a story about Indiana wasn't going to draft Paul George until they were on the clock with 5 min. left to pick and Larry Bird said "No, I love this guy too much, I'm gonna draft him". That's exactly what I was talking about re: getting your guy even when all the mock drafts saids otherwise. It can be a gamble at times, but that's the call you have to make at times.
 
**** it.... you guys have convinced enough that I now want schroeder more than mccollum. I'm sold just based off the draft thread chatter.

Still really really hate mcw though

Don't you dare do that. I said from day 1 that Rivers would take 3 years before he makes an impact. We are about to start year 2. Be patient.

I agree. I think part of the reason Hayward and George have done better than some of the guys in the top 8 was that they were the first two picked after a supposed dropoff, which allowed GMs to be a little more free to pick who they liked.
