Updated 2013-14 Season stats:

Kanter - 34mpg, 17.8ppg, 52% fg, 91%ft, 9.5rpg, 1.5apg, .5bpg, 3.5TOpg.

Favors - 34.5mpg, 11.8ppg, 44.7% fg, 68% ft, 9.3rpg, 2.3apg, 1bpg, 3.3TOpg

Hayward - 34.3mpg, 16.8ppg, 40% fg, 36.8 3pt%, 66% FT, 6rpg, 4.8apg, 1spg, 2.5TOpg

Burks - 30mpg, 16.8ppg, 44% fg, 62% FT, 4rpg, 3.3apg, 1.5spg, 2.0TOpg

Gobert - 13.8mpg, .167% fg, .375% FT, 5rpg, .8bpg, 2.0 TOpg

These #'s are misleadingly low. Hayward's TS% is .488, which is still subpar, but he's shooting free throws well under his career average and also has Jamaal Tinsley's defender assigned to double him without regard for Tinsley. His A:T is 2:1, not good, but again, he's missing an easy 2-3 assists per game because of Tinsley/Lucas, and Jefferson to a minor extent.

When Burke comes back I bet his TS% goes to .575 or higher and A:T goes to 2.5:1. He has already improved his A:T over each of the last two seasons even with all the added pressure and lack of shooters.

We are still on pace to go 0-82.

I am not implying anything. Just listing some stats. Evans and Burke will be added when they start playing.

An FYI, Stoked, everytime someone quotes you it is not an indictment of your all encompassing position that you must get defensive over.

Some of us are interested in discussing the Jazz as opposed to these e-fights you're constantly trying to pick.

Great post.

Tinsley didn't have a man within 10 feet of him in Brooklyn, he was left wide open.

Actually I never thought having Tinsley back would have helped the tank - miraculously it did. He looks old & un-athletic. His shooting is worse than ever. He just seems really slow and heavy footed to me. Which is GREAT.

Yeah dude, I don't know which of our point guards is the better. They're both so, so, SO bad.

Tank on!

There's no way Ainge would let us win. He's the original tank commander. Remember what he said to Pitino? Pitino's still butt-hurt from that experience.

Going to the teleprompter for confirmation.

Lol

What's up with Orlando? I thought they were supposed to challenge our tank race. They just beat the Clippers and Vucevic went for 30/21 against Deandre Jordan.

The only team that's keeping up with us in the tank race is Boston...until tonight, anyway. :)

Pré-season I thought the biggest tankers would be....

1) Philly
2) Phoenix
3) Boston
4) Orlando

Crazy that 3 of those 4 already have three wins.

Philly and Phoenix were the consensus top 2. After that it was a mix of the Jazz, Celtics, Magic, and Kings.

We've really come out of the gate "strong".

PHO almost beat SAS in their home court. Young players tried hard to win but Tony Parker killed them off
