Corbin still Jazz coach in the 2014-15 season?

So is heyhey going to coach the jazz next year? I like his odds. And he would be a better coach than Ty Corbin or bean town.

Everyone's odds are equal. You either win or lose. It's 50/50.

I believe the only reason he's still here is to help lose games and simultaneously allow the Jazz to slough him off and move forward after this season (that is SUPPOSED to be a disaster, make no mistake). I am basing this off of some information from a source that I think is pretty good.

Why are you taking this position when you know it's ridiculous? It's like saying that the chances of me getting cancer is 50/50, so I guess I might as well start snorting charcoal because it won't effect the odds.

He may have been joking?

My snarky post came after the Patriots lost. My apologies.

But seriously there is no way to even guess if Corbin's future because of how tight lipped the Jazz are. But the fact that they are waiting until the summer to talk about an extention makes me believe that the odds are against Ty returning.

If the Jazz were happy with his performance he would already be signed to an extention.

So his job security is based on his incompetence as a coach?

Love it.

Do you honestly think I'm serious? :(

But the odds of you getting cancer is not 50/50. It might be after google drives our cars and we live to 86, on average, but it's nowhere near 50/50 atm so you're just being facetious.

Hope your source is right, but I wonder if Corbin realizes this?

That 50% to lose the powerball is kicking the hell out of the 50% to win. They need to trade for better %s.

You're right, you either win the lotto or you lose. It's 50/50. If you've lost every you played so far, you're in line to win the jackpot several times in a row. It's just statistics.

I've come up empty the last 5 times. So, using mathology, I suspect I've got ~250% chance of winning this next one.

Hey Ty, go lose out 65 games this year - then best of luck on your future endevors. Let me know if you need a reference.

Knowing The Jazz they probably promised him a job within the organization. Maybe he can go back to collecting basketballs after practice like he did when Sloan was here.

It's a math paradox. You're chance might only be 50/50 next shot but your chance of going 0-6 is only 15% so you need to be overweight to 84% or less is a guaranteed winner over time.

This is how I bet roulette and I've never lost.
